AVOID THIS MCDONALDS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! i wish 0 stars was an option. slow staff, wrong orders, it took over thirty minutes for a stand-alone order of 10 nuggets, and when we asked about it staff seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes at us. i got two spicy snackwraps and instead got two ranch ones with wilted brown lettuce and soggy chicken that had obviously been sitting out for a while. nuggets and fries appeared to be refried multiple times. overall pretty damn awful
(edit, the 10pc we waited 30 minutes for ended up only being 8, and 3 of them were burnt. everyone in that kitchen needs to be fired)

The food was cold and the service was a lackluster.The environment was run down. It only got three stars because of the location to the beach. It's hard for me to give McDonald's less than is a negative accomplishment. For the most powerful fast food franchise in the world.

Terrible experience. Couldn't use mobile app, firstly. Employees did not know what manners are. Rudest locations I've been to.. also, condiments for 7 people doesn't equate to 3 ketchup packets!

MOLD! Never again McDonald's PCB. MOLD! MOLD in our three large iced teas!!! My youngest had already consumed half before we realized something was off! You can clearly see the disgusting mold that settled in the bottom of our cups. Clean your tea container valves and your ice machine because you WILL get someone extremely sick like this! The Health Department needs to definitely check out this location because this is unacceptable and a health hazard for anyone consuming drinks at this McDonald's location. MOLD!!

Ordered 1 hash brown and 2 sausage egg McGriddles. Received the hash brown was missing one mcgriddle and the we got had bacon! Was ordered door dash they did give credit for the missing but the one with bacon was not eligible for credit or refund??? Not what I ordered! Go somewhere else
Visited Tuesday, July 22Nd 2025 they were so kind in resolving my issue thanks to Mrs Natasha and Mr Roger. Can’t say much about the two managers that were in front of the of the screen thingy they watched me stand up there for a bit with a food issue and just stood there and talked about no work stuff it It seems like they were talking about somebody but they kept in Lansing over my way and neither one of them offered to help resolve it so thank you for nothing I gues. meanwhile, Mr. Roger grabbed their attention and was like hey she needs her food fixed because the sausage biscuit I received both the biscuit and the sausage was rock hard pretty much inedible and the second biscuit I got wasn’t much better but instead of causing an issue again, I just left and threw it away, but it was a waste of my money. I’m not wanting to typically complain because I’ve worked in the food restaurant industry, my whole life as a server at Waffle House but even then, if I saw somebody standing up with food in their hand at the register, MANAGER or not, I would still offer to help not sit there glanced at them every couple minutes and continue all of my conversation. It takes two seconds to fix things doesn’t need to take almost 30 minutes to fix a sausage biscuit. I did thank you to Miss Natasha and Mr. Roger that we’re working on 7–22-25 they’re the best.
