shaun was rude and had an attitude the whole time. we asked if we could do two separate orders and told us “if you want two orders then wait a minute” which was confusing lol all we asked for was two orders. then when we went to pay for both orders we asked if he could just use the left over money from our first order and put it towards our second order and he said “um okay i guess” like what???? just rude the whole time we were nothing but nice. if you don’t like your job then don’t work there.

Little girl that slapped my food up onto the shelf must've heard something funny because she kept laughing, smirking, and making a weird face every time she looked at any customer including me. Food was cold and half put together. I also ordered a frozen drink and a large drink and they stuck the frozen drink inside the larger cup and it got stuck. Annoying for spending like 30 dollars on food for 2 people.

mean girl at the drive thru window. Yelled at us for pulling forward too early from the speaker and we said sorry. My friends and I had mobile ordered we got our food and I realized my 2 for 1 nugget deal was not in the bag but my sauces were we say at the window said I was missing my nuggets and she gave me 1 of my 2 six pieces after rolling her eyes at us multiple times. Awful service and extremely rude. McDonald’s should shut this place down.

If I could give this McDonald’s a 0 I would. Waiting in drive through and truck in other lane said hello 5 times with no response. An in front of us still waiting at window. I said loudly as I was in passenger seat hello. Worker comes on after a minute why are you shouting my husband says who’s shouting. She asked what do you want I stated a 6 piece chicken nuggets she asked the meal I said no sauce no she said pull around I looked at the screen it said 10 piece but anyways like I said the van was waiting still there was another van sitting in spot waiting for there food as well. Girl looks out the window as she gets money from van in front stares at us dirty look. She does this twice. We waitied for over 5 minutes van still there the truck behind us left. We left as well. Rude rude kids that work there. Never go there again. Don’t give this McDonalds your service. I am a local as well.

I was surprised. I actually had a hot BIG Mac at this location. Normally they are cool and tasteless. This was great. Kelly was wonderful.

What can I say it's Mcdonalds. I do want to give them props for excellent service! I think they switched ownership or management because the cashier's are sooooooo much nicer. They at least look you in the eye and treat you like a human being. Before it was one syllable word and very very very rude. We were impressed. Thank you Costa fam.

Just another restaurant in PCB with rude Jamaican people working. For some reason businesses in PCB do not care about customer service. Reviews are horrible and yet nothing is done about it. Today I decided to get a number 1 large and when I got home my large fry wasn't even half full. But I'm honestly not surprised at all. Just another place with horrible management in PCB. Honestly Go to Culver's. They still have decent customer service from time to time

Drive thru order. No customer service at all. Geta gruny from the person at 2nd window where i picked up my food. Was the weakest big mac ever. Few droppings of letuce and 1 dime sized pickle.
