8:30 pm wed night. Sat in drive thru for 2 or 3 minutes, didnt even get a hello... then i said anyone there??? I got a were busy, please wait... another few minutes later I just left... on my way out 3 cars at the window lined up... cant say that alot for a mcdonalds..

They close the hot chocolate machine before 8:30 every night in December which is ridiculous.. it’s 58 degrees outside and this is the second time in a row they’ve closed it down early and then expect you to wait 30 plus minutes for them to get it up and running again. I understand doing it that in the summer but not around the holidays.

Horrible. Fries were thrown out to the sea gulls.. only decent thing at McDonald's are the shakes when machine is working . Even gravy bisket the bisket was stale ..

This McDonalds is the best! Our order is always accurate, the food is always hot and fresh, and the employees are so friendly and take pride in what they do. You can tell they care! I highly recommend this McDonald’s.Dietary restrictions: We had to order a couple of items with no cheese and no butter and that is how we received them.

We have owned our beach rental for 3 years now and have been coming here every time we stay. it is, hands down, the BEST McDonalds in the area. Our order is always accurate (and it's always a very large order - we are a family of 6) the food is always hot and fresh and the employees are fantastic! Always very friendly and hustling! You can tell they care and they take pride in what they do! I will go out of my way to stop at this one! I highly recommend!

Worst fast food experience in 51 years on earth. Waited over an hour for food on a slow night. Watched a child literally throw a tantrum because they took so long. Literally went 15 minutes without a single employee coming to the front to check on customers as the line began to grow. Watched as a lady tried to order and the person who finally showed up to the register told her to hold on, .she had to go the bathroom. Then she didn't come out of the bathroom for 10 minutes. About 30 minutes in an employee slowly walks in from the parking lot. Apparently smoking breaks are 30 minutes long now.

This is a nice location for a McDonald's, right on the beach, near our room. The employee's are hard working and the restroom was clean. Patio tables outside to enjoy the fresh Ocean Breeze.

I placed my order at 8:02. Received my order at 8:19. My receipt is stating 8:14. My order was placed efficiently. The first window tried to charge for another order. The guy at the second window asked what I ordered "not another word for him". Then he proceeded to carry my glass to fill it up. His finger was literally inside my glass touching the ice. I had to ask him twice for condiments, "Still not a word. While waiting for my food, I looked inside. (I had plenty of time) There was very little movement. The guy that appeared to be the manager was also lifeless. This restaurant is consistantly the slowest drive-thru around. I can drive to the next McDonalds on back beach (through traffic about 2-3 miles further) get my food and return home faster. If I want to consistently wait 15-20mins for food there are much better options. This has been the slowest Mc Donalds for years. I'm not sure why I keep going back. The long wait for marginal food is just not worth it. The finger in the glass was the final straw. I just threw it in the trash, I assumed it would tale 10mins to get another drink, I know nothing will change, I wish you luck with your wonderful employees.

I can always count on this McDonald’s to deliver the best mayo sandwich and when I ask for light they’ll definitely give me none or find a way to mess up the order completely. They’re not too busy and I would assume that they’d be able to read a screen correctly and put effort into their jobs given the time they have on their hands to stand around each time I go. The staff is mostly nice, but don’t tell them they messed up or they’ll be very passive aggressive with you. Overall this is the worst McDonalds location in Panama City Beach/Panama City (in my opinion) I miss whatever staff was working during the season, because this team is a mess. Hoping to see better improvement from this location. Thank you.
