Very good food! Little bit pricey, but worth it!!
This place quickly became one of my absolute favorites. The food is excellent and the staff is superb. I have never had a bad experience in the three years I've been coming here.
I go to celebrate New Years here every year with a bunch of my friends. Super filling, delicious food, and the owner is so sweet and caring it’s fantastic 10/10!

These are the nicest people ever. Love the action, the way my family of 6 was given our own room! The kids loved the show. It was my first time experiencing this and I love it. I will try the Buddha drink next time ?. I really wanted it but I tried a long island

Makato has been a favorite of ours for decades! Mr. Sonny and Ms. Lee are so nice and always make us feel special. The sushi bar is absolutely fresh, artistic and authentic. We had a newer waiter tonight (Mr. James) who was very attentive and professional. Try the Panama City Roll and the Miami Roll! Yum!
It’s need a while since I came here to enjoy some sushi. This was a very late night dinner but it was so good! The sashimi is always delicious and the rolls are so yummy.it was great that this was just in the walking distance of the place we went for drinks too! I wish there were more places close to each other like this in Panama City. We will come back for some hibachi for sure! It was quite an exciting experience last time so once there’s a big celebration we can visit again. In the photos: tuna and salmon sashimi, spicy yellowtail tuna roll and tuna tempura.
One of our favorite places to eat! Never crowded an the food is amazing!

Very disappointing. Tasted nothing but old tasting oil on everything and that ginger dressing on the salad was over powering to a point that it was disgusting..
The meat always has a great taste and tender and the employees are always friendly and try to make you feel welcome
This is one of our favorite places to eat. Great hibachi, the best sushi in Bay county, and awesome staff.
