Monkey Licks Ice Cream

Disrespectful!!!!!! said they close at 11pm, its 1034pm as I am making this post. extremely rude staff. what monkey? im confused. will be posting everyday until i get a refund. this is false advertisement.

Employees were very rude it was my son’s Birthday and we went to get ice cream wanted to see the birds after we ate the employees were very rude said we had five minutes to look around when they weren’t supposed to close until 12:00am and it was only 11:15. I had just spent 50. Dollars on ice cream they should have been more polite to customers.

Giving this business one star is a stretch! I hate this because we own a condo at Grand Panama and we have been coming here for years. Terrible customer service and just plain rude! So disappointing!

Ice cream is good but WAY overpriced. I got one scoop in a cone and my son got one scoop in a cone and it was $17.99!!! Also I asked one worker “where are you from” and she said “does it really matter, is it that important”? With an attitude and has zero customer service skills and is very ill and mean to the public! Idk why she works for the public when she doesn’t like people obviously! 0/10 recommend!!!!!!

Great place. They sell the same Hersey brand as the Hersey shop but the prices and quantities are different. Monkey licks has tons of cone options.

There are maybe 10 options for ice cream. If you want a shake, you have to come up with your own recipe. It's standing room only to order ice cream. I feel like they only have ice cream to try to get more business for the other places. They do not specialize in ice cream...

I would highly recommend that you not patronize this business. I politely asked to use their restroom and was denied by them. One of the worst experiences I’ve had buying a simple ice cream cone. Very disappointing.

1000% recommend, The ice cream was really good and I loved it, they had my favorite flavor, and it's very affordable and the service was great, i said what I wanted got it and paid and walked out, the atmosphere is small and really nice, it's connected to the other gift shop and a parrot was on the other

The woman serving had an awful attitude and acted as if she didn’t speak English. Half of the things that were on the menu they didn’t actually have. For three waffle cones with one scoop the price was $39.00

It was a bit pricey but good nonetheless.
