Love this condo complex. It's older and smaller than most, but it has everything you need to make your beach trip amazing. The pool is small but adequate for enjoying some time outside in the heat without the sand. It's always clean and well-maintained. Beach access is easy, and the balcony views are beautiful. I highly recommend staying in this unit. The owners are fabulous and very accommodating!

The apartment we stayed in wasn't great but that was on the host not the actual condo. As for the condo, we were pleased. The security guard was very kind. She helped us as soon as we pulled in with leading us to elevators and finding our room. We saw here every day and she was always friendly! The pool was good sized and clean. The beach access was clean, it did have a hose to rinse off but wished it had a shower on the beach side and not just pool side. They also had a couple grills and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking spaces and even a few loading spots closer to the elevators. The elevators were very sketchy, one had flooring that duct taped and made a loud sound while vibrating. The other elevator was better but would still jump and shake back and forth at times. Overall, I would recommend for a quieter condo with a less busy beach area. They also have chairs with umbrellas for rent on the beach (the people running the shack for these were helpless), but there was still PLENTY of room for people to setup there own tents and chairs right in front of the ocean.

It's a comfy place reminds me of a retirement and the elevators are slow and creepy. Plenty of nice locations around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything one could need for an optimal vacation. We would absolutely return! One of the best vacations that I have ever been on.

We’ve stayed in 804. It was clean and beautiful. I was skeptical based off the reviews but most of the condos have been renovated in the past couple years and are nice. No bugs. They have a sprayer that comes on the 3rd Monday to keep them under control. The club next door is shut down so no loud music or disturbances. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in 105 and have no complaints with the condo. It was dated but clean. The proximity to the pool and beach was awesome. The only issue we had was that the door lock code wouldn't work the first night after we had dinner. It was working throughout the day, but for whatever reason, it wouldn't work when we returned around 11 pm. Since it was after hours, it took a few minutes for someone to make it out to us and then a few more hours to straighten out the issue. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay in 105 again.

Quiet private location with amazing beach access.

Nice place . Close to the beach. Our room was great. Security always walking around. Wished the pool stayed opened a little later but everything else is fine.

We stayed there 2 years in a row and it is a nice clean place to stay...I have no complaints.

You cannot judge a whole complex by the reviews put out on one stay in a shabby unit. You get what you paid for or didn’t do your due diligence. This complex is fantastic!

Staff and owner very friendly. Clean nice facility. We go every year!

Great location

Very quiet place and a little hidden in a busy area. Needs new elevators, but they work so that's good and low traffic. Very nice place and location with everything close by, but it is an older building so keep that in mind. Older but makes up for the little traffic there.

There was nothing special about it. The coffee pot didn't work and the new one they brought us didn't work either. Glass door needed repair and no lamp close to the bed. Was supposed to have one king size bed but only had two queen size.
