Very quiet place and a little hidden in a busy area. Needs new elevators, but they work so that's good and low traffic. Very nice place and location with everything close by, but it is an older building so keep that in mind. Older but makes up for the little traffic there.

There was nothing special about it. The coffee pot didn't work and the new one they brought us didn't work either. Glass door needed repair and no lamp close to the bed. Was supposed to have one king size bed but only had two queen size.

Our room was just wonderful it was just like the pictures showed and the balcony was bigger than I expected room 801. I would definitely stay there again! We walked right out to the beach, so relaxing. It's a trip to remember that's for sure! Will definitely stay there again and again!

This place should be condemned!! Paint peeling, blood stains on bottom mattress covered up by an old mattress. Bed bugs and roaches. Didnt even take my stuff into the unit. DO NOT GO THERE UNLEAS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AND BUGS

Room 105 was awesome! The only problem we did experience was the internet was a little bit sketchy and the TV would freeze a little bit but no big deal. It is very nicely furnished and the beds are super comfortable! Very nicely furnished and decorated. Would definitely rent this room again. We booked it through Fun Quest and they were awesome.

Room 205 is beautifully decorated and updated, great views of the beach. Close to the beach with chairs you can rent. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, even though it’s close to lots of restaurants. Has a desk in one of the rooms that is great if you need to remote work. Furniture looks new. Has gate to get in from the beach for safety. Definitely recommend!
I only give this place a 3 star because a friend owns a condo in this place. The wife and another couple stayed from Saturday until Sunday of the next week and my friend had nicely updated his condo. The building itself is horrendous and VERY VERY OUTDATED. I mean this place is HOA and nothing on this property was upkept like u would expect of an HOA neighborhood. We were there 8 days and out of those 8 days only one of those days did both elevators work. The one that did work felt like it was swaying back and forth as it moved very sketchy at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will inform my friend of the sketchy stuff we had to deal with. The locks on condo were installed crooked by a drunk I guess and the shaft of the lock went into a wide open hole with no strike plate. I think I could of got in it with a flat head screwdriver. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING AS POSSIBLE.

Nothing like the pictures! Furniture needs updating (dresser was missing a drawer), walls need painting!! Blinds were missing pieces and we had to place a blanket over the window because it was the bedroom window. TVs didn't work in the bedroom! Condo were a disappointment!! I would not recommend staying here!!

We rented from FunQuest...1st mistake. Their cleaning crew is horrible. We walked into our condo to find an absolute disgusting smell. Upon further investigation we found raw chicken bones in the garbage disposal that had been there for awhile. Then while putting our groceries away we found live cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The floors had broken glass, tons of sand, and looked like they hadn't been mopped in a long time cause our socks were black. The security guards drove us nuts over wearing the arm bands. We had them on us but wasn't wearing them and they both about lost their minds over it. I will NEVER EVER rent from this place ever again. Take your business and money somewhere else.

Run away from those condominiums… the Room 604 is horrible, filthy, old and have cockroaches and for more than 2,000 dollars for 5 nights this place is a joke and the property manager won’t care at All and is about the whole building so do it your self a favor and run away from this place

This condo was awesome! Right on the beach and overlooking the pool. The only issue was found was that sometimes the lock on the door did not want to lock. We just opened the door and shut it again and boom - it worked! Would stay here again!
