Mr. Puff's Hand-Rolled Ice Cream

I've been here a few times over the years. I really like the ice cream. It tastes like the sheet form of dipping dots. The store is small so the wait can get quite long if there are alot of customers. There is also very little parking available on site. I try to visit only when I see a lighter crowd.

The icecream was delicious. I had the hazy choco. However be prepared to wait. There were about 12 people waiting on orders when we arrived, three people in front of us in line then a line out the door behind us. It took 43 minutes for them to hand me the icecream. I felt bad for the workers. There were only two and the girl had to go between making orders and taking orders. If they had more help this place would be awesome.

Delicious rolled ice cream! Love the variety and not tah expensive. Many orders ahead and only 1 employee working there! We had to wait a while but we didn't mindat all. Just felt bad for the poor guy rolling all the ice cream by himself.
He needed help! It's a lot for him to do all the work by himself!

We were excited to try this place—it seemed like a fun concept with rolled ice cream. We ordered the strawberry with graham crackers and a hand-scooped cotton candy flavor. Unfortunately, both were disappointing. The rolled ice cream was bland and lacked any real strawberry taste, and the hand-scooped ice cream was just as flavorless. Cute idea, but the execution fell short.

It's hand rolled, but they also use extremely cheap, low quality ice cream. All ice, no cream.

I had dairy free rolled ice cream, it was really good. Staff were friendly.

Amazing and great service give them a raise

We took our five kids in here for ice cream and only one of them finished it. The staff seemed tired, the restrooms were in a shared rental space behind the store area and the ice cream was very meh. We tried cotton candy, cookies and cream, mango, very berry, and chocolate. It was a lot of ice cream for the price, just not anyone’s favorite.

Great ice cream and friendly staff! So cool to watch them roll your ice cream with ingredients. Definitely worth the money to check out rolled ice cream.

Yup, if they say they can make it... they will. Kind of small, was busy when I went, but they handle their success well! And the food was good...

Place stays beyond packed in the afternoon but they keep rolling it out Kids loved watching them make their ice creams they were also half the price and the cups were bigger than the other rolled ice cream shop in the area

Wonderful place to get some fresh icecream. Flavors were wonderful, service was great, and atomsphere was very unique. Must stop place if you are visiting the P.C.B area.

The hand rolled ice cream was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was it was so crowded but that's to be expected when the staff is great and ice cream is soo good

1st time coming here on vacation and it was amazing i got fruity pebble with cheesecake topping the cheesecake was very good and the ice cream itself was great made fresh you can watch them roll it super cool. my gf got the cinnamon toast crunch she loved it as well. it is a little pricey but i think it’s worth it. i will definitely come again
