Nathan's Famous

One of the best burgers from a restaurant I’ve ever had cooked an amazing service was great. It’s just a few of them working and they did a great job even getting everybody in and out of there. It was amazing tasted great cheap good for the whole family. Six stars

Iykyk... food was on point... Hot dog with sourkraugt had the snap when you bite into them like they're supposed to.. The buns were perfectly fine. I saw a lot of reviews where the buns were not good. So I was expecting that, and they were perfectly normal and fresh... The fries were regular nathan's fries like they always are.. delicious... I get a couple of cups of cheese on the side to dip my fries in..perfection.. Like all the other nathan's restaurants in new york, i've ever been to..... My husband got the hot dogs dressed chicago way.. He said they were amazing as well........ Only complaint was the seating...

food is great, loved the place, would go again, and definitely recommend!!

Food was ok but 38 dollars for 2 burgers is too much for what they were. Staff was more worried about their phones than greeting customers.

Our server Ramerio was excellent with communication and answered all of our questions. The cook was very friendly also!! The food was great

Decided to go on my lunch break with some friends and 5-10 minutes after while waiting for my food I went back inside to wait and heard one of the workers named Elmond yelling at the other worker about a mistake he made. It was very unprofessional and should’ve been done when customers were not around. We all make mistakes and the mistakes should be corrected 1 on 1 away from the customers. You can’t expect someone to learn and fix mistakes when you yell at them. Plus the food was not that good, tasted like fake chicken you could get out of a gas station or a school lunch. I work in customer service and understand tensions run high sometimes but I’m not gonna sit there and let someone get yelled at about a mistake. I don’t want to bash someone but when you sit there and make someone embarrassed over a simple mistake, then you deserve to be called out and that’s exactly what Elmond needed to hear.

I normally don’t leave a bad review. But me and my wife were walking and it was hot went in to get 2 cups of ice water. I was willing to pay a couple dollars a piece for them but they wanted $10.00 for 2 cups of water.

My experience at Nathan's Famous was disappointing. The food just lacked flavor and didn’t live up to the hype. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t go back.

Some of the worst food I’ve had in my life. The cheesesteak tasted like it wasn’t meant for human consumption. The hotdogs were too salty. The fries were greasy and mushy. Overall it was inedible and too expensive for such poor quality food.

Well....the lady at the counter was dry tried to get her to smile that didn't happen, so for me already I'm like ?...it was 6 of us and the prices for these items you would think there would of been some energy however, I was disappointed with the food, bread was hard and soggy how idk, no flavor on the fries they weren't cooked all the way through, mozzy sticks tasted old, cheese and chilli tasted old but you can't ever go wrong with the hotdog itself. Next time I will just buy my own at Sam's club and hook em up. Nathan's it's freaking labor day weekend tighten up

I hate leaving bad reviews. I totally avoid reviewing if it's not 5 stars, but this felt worth it. The price of the food I guess is to be expected for the area, but the quality was abysmal. I could not believe that the woman taking our order was face timing someone while we were ordering, and still talking to the person on the phone to the extent that she missed some of what we ordered. She then handled her phone the whole time she was making our food. Absolutely not worth coming back.

Extremely overpriced!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and walk on by!! We got two plain hotdogs, chicken nuggets and onion rings for the same price we paid for a good meal at Rudy's BBQ. the bun was hard as a rock and the nuggets were barely a step above McDonald's
