Nathan's Famous

I normally don’t leave a bad review. But me and my wife were walking and it was hot went in to get 2 cups of ice water. I was willing to pay a couple dollars a piece for them but they wanted $10.00 for 2 cups of water.

My experience at Nathan's Famous was disappointing. The food just lacked flavor and didn’t live up to the hype. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t go back.

Some of the worst food I’ve had in my life. The cheesesteak tasted like it wasn’t meant for human consumption. The hotdogs were too salty. The fries were greasy and mushy. Overall it was inedible and too expensive for such poor quality food.

The atmosphere was so so, the service attendant was rude and I got sick for the food.

Well....the lady at the counter was dry tried to get her to smile that didn't happen, so for me already I'm like ?...it was 6 of us and the prices for these items you would think there would of been some energy however, I was disappointed with the food, bread was hard and soggy how idk, no flavor on the fries they weren't cooked all the way through, mozzy sticks tasted old, cheese and chilli tasted old but you can't ever go wrong with the hotdog itself. Next time I will just buy my own at Sam's club and hook em up. Nathan's it's freaking labor day weekend tighten up

I hate leaving bad reviews. I totally avoid reviewing if it's not 5 stars, but this felt worth it. The price of the food I guess is to be expected for the area, but the quality was abysmal. I could not believe that the woman taking our order was face timing someone while we were ordering, and still talking to the person on the phone to the extent that she missed some of what we ordered. She then handled her phone the whole time she was making our food. Absolutely not worth coming back.

Extremely overpriced!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and walk on by!! We got two plain hotdogs, chicken nuggets and onion rings for the same price we paid for a good meal at Rudy's BBQ. the bun was hard as a rock and the nuggets were barely a step above McDonald's

I visit Nathan‘s on frequently as I am a local. I can’t seem to understand why this establishment has so many one star ratings because each and every time that my family and I have visited this particular location our experiences have been a great one. The young lady at the register always greets us with a big welcoming smile and the gentleman, preparing the food in the back as well. The food is always fresh and well presented to us. The only downside to this location is it is indeed small and there is no inside dining. Otherwise, we have ZERO complaints. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication! We will continue to support Nathan’s Pier Park…. our favorite weekend spot!

I just encountered the rudest employee at Nathan’s - Pier Park. The family walked in and I said hello. The guy working looked at me like he was pissed that we were there and never responded to my greeting. After we finished looking at the menu and were ready to order…still nothing but a pissed look. So we decided to go the Great White next door and got smiles and “how can we help you” type service. I told the young man at Nathan’s as we walked out to try being nicer to people!!

Stood at the register no one said hello or anything. Finally heavy fat lady walked up the the register and just looked at us. Gave our order and she still said nothing except total & number.
This took place July 27 @ 3:30. Cashier heavy fat lady is rude. Apparently Nathan's gave her a job she does not want.

We stopped in to get some hot dogs and a couple other things. Service was horrible! Absolutely horrible. The person taking the orders did not care and was extremely slow! They took 4 or 5 customers orders and then would start to prepare all the food. So if you were an order at the beginning good luck! We waited almost 40 mins for hot dogs, chicken tenders, and fries. All foods are cooked in one oil. So the mozzarella sticks, fries, shrimp, fish, and chicken all taste the same. Buns were like day old buns. Spend your money else where.

Fries were burnt on all four orders, drink machine was down but failed to disclose that when I made the order to get a combo. The buffalo boneless wings just tasted like they just put hot sauce on the nuggets and failed to even coat them fully. Paid $68 for some nasty food. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We walked up to get one or two dogs for a snack and the lady at the counter literally stood there wordless glaring at us. I ordered and all she said was "that all?" I almost just walked away. No customer service at all. Funny how we were the only white customers and everyone else was getting treated differently. Just funny. At least the hot dog was decent
