Two employees couldn't have cared less that my family and I were there; no greeting, barely spoke. One employee was moving boxes multiple times in the small entryway while we were looking at menu, like we were in the way. Food ended up unappetizing. Ordered a bottled water and was not told prior that the water was in a cooler in the corner. I should not have ordered. My family member decided to not order. I rarely rate establishments and feel compelled to share to take your business elsewhere.

The food was delicious but the guy who worked there did not understand English and got both of our orders wrong. We tried to buy off the new hot chicken menu and even took him outside and pointed out the spicy chicken sandwiches we wanted. I was trying to ask if it had sauce on it and he said, “ye, it’s fried.” He didn’t even get my husband a chicken sandwich; he was given a burger and instead of my hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and heat I was given a southern chicken sandwich. The food was good, but was not what we ordered and when I walked back into the store he was in the back and another customer was waiting at the counter.

$11.50 for a cheeseburger (not a combo) with one piece of bacon and three little pieces of jalapenos. Tastes like it’s been sitting in water most of the day. Picture has a plastic fork for size reference.

Great stop for a quick snack while walking Pier Park

Wayyyyyy too overpriced.. $5 for a fountain drink? WILD!
Will say, the cheese fries are just about the only thing really worth your $ there..
spent $40 for 3 hot dogs, 2 drinks and 1 small cheese fry.

Nahhh this should not be called Nathan’s , overpriced for a hamburger , no more those delicious plates of amazing food , just a store to sell to you hamburger. So sad though, I was there like 6 years ago and ate the best delicious combos of food now is just a junk burger store .

I had a really good time at Nathan’s Famous. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Their customer service is excellent—they really care about the people who come in. The food was tasty and fresh, and the prices are very affordable, which makes it even better. It’s nice to find a spot where you get good food, good service, and a clean environment all at once.

Our food was horrible. The bun on my hot dog was hard, it took forever to get our food even though they weren't busy. We spent like $50 for 2 people on just a plain hot dog, cheese fries, fish & chips, & one drink which was very expensive for such bad food. If you're in pier park & get hungry skip this place & don't waste your money here
