9/24/25 update: The food here is still Excellent Period We ordered the same Food again and it mess our expectations And was one of the best meals we've had in Panama City Beach Period This is a place you have to stop if you have it before Period too bad I don't live here because I'd be eating here all the time.

Original Review 11/2024: At first, pulling into this restaurant is a fairly small and narrow building that shares a spot with Domino's pizza, but with plenty of parking. It looks to be newly renovated with stylish booths and matching tables and brightly lit. Dimming the lights in the evening might reduce a diner-like atmosphere and make it more of a dining experience. The food here is amazingly good!

There is also an outdoor beer garden which was closed today we came but it would be nice to eat out during the sunny days for which Panama City is so famous.

I picked this restaurant over many because I like grilled seafood over fried, and Oceans Restaurant had many options from which to choose on the menu.

We were seated very quickly, and I noticed the well-stocked bar, with plenty of TVs around the bar and restaurant. This would probably be a great place to watch a football game in the afternoon and have some wings and drinks.

We had the dinner entrees of mahi-mahi and grouper. Both of them are served with coconut rice and broccolini. The entries came out very quickly on heated warm plates.

The coconut rice is there a flavorful with a slight sweetness and a pronounced coconut flavor. The rice looks like not quite sushi grade, maybe a cal rose, but it is sticky rice, which adds to the texture.

I'm not sure what they did to the broccolini, but it was cooked to perfection. The texture was soft and al dente, not mushy at all. The flavor was a buttery sauce, maybe a hint of lemon. This is an excellent choice if a side!

The grilled mahi-mahi is a good-sized portion of this solid tasty fish. It was cooked to a well done, maybe a bit more firm than my usual, but the fish was flaky but solid. This was complimented by the Creole Remoulade sauce that was delicious!

The grilled snapper was cooked to a tender and flaky texture. The garlic butter sauce added the right amount of flavor to augment the buttery texture of the fish.

Both of these entries were so good, especially at the price point. What a great place to eat good tasty food. It's so good. I want to come back several times so I can try the different items on the menu. The fish we ate tonight were plate-licking good.

I probably driven by this place half a dozen times every time I visit Panama City without noticing it. It is truly a hidden gem of a restaurant. Take your time to find this one.

On a side note, the people at the table next to me hamburgers and steak, which looks absolutely delicious. The food was out fast for everything that was ordered for both of our tables.

While I did not order drinks, I noticed that the cocktails we're very reasonably priced. There were even pictures of them, so you can see how tasty they look.

This is a new restaurant with fine dining in a casual environment. Everything we had was amazing. Highly recommended the oceans grilled shrimp, boom boom shrimp the broccolini and whipped mash is superb. Also tried the snapper and the ocean platter that includes snow crab. Wonderful mixed cocktails! 10/10 . Thank you to the wonderful staff. Keep up this amazing experience!

Great meal. Note: I rarely give 5s on everything. Takes alot. Presentation was great, great taste, great service, attentive staff. Only issue was the acoustics of the establishment which is no fault of business. When there's a squeeling child and parents wont shut it up its not any fault of the restaurant. So.... acoustics was my only complaint. Great place to eat. Quite surprised

Service was great, it was well decorated inside. Food presentation was lovely, my only complaint is the lobster tails were a bit tough and rubbery in texture. Taste was great, however for the price of two lobster tails at $39 it was a bit disappointing. The red snapper was delicious along with the creamed potatoes.

The first impression was deceptive. Inside the premises resembled the atmosphere of a fast food cafe🙄. Although according to reviews people spoke about delicious food there. I agree that the food was very tasty and fresh👌. No complaints. We were also satisfied with the service. I recommend👍

We had an incredible dining experience at Ocean's Restaurant! My mom ordered the New York strip and I had the seafood platter - both were absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, while the seafood platter was fresh, perfectly prepared, and bursting with amazing flavors. Everything tasted incredible from start to finish.

The service was equally outstanding - Omrick and his staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Overall, this was a great experience. I highly recommend Ocean's Restaurant to anyone looking for a hidden gem!

Wow. This good was so delicious. It was actually very season and the garlic in the sides was just right
Hats off to the chef. The GRILLED SNAPPER WAS FLAVORFUL and the portions were perfect for the price. I will definitely be. Coming back.

All bad, the service was terrible. They were not caring or attentive and did prepare half of what we ordered. It was a take out order and we got home to see the biggest meal in our order was missing and the one we were most excited about (curry chickpea vegetable for the vegetarian). The kids steak was extremely over cooked even after specifically asking for medium. Kids couldn’t eat it. Fries were hard and cold and it took forever for an all around terrible outcome. Do not waste your money or time or appetite.

I had the Ocean’s Seafood Platter and my wife had the Gulf Paradise with shrimp, grouper and scallops which was cooked to perfection!
The grits with my meal were fabulous! Creamy and full of flavor.
The staff was eager to make sure we were happy and well taken care of.
We were in PCB for a week and were disappointed with most of the restaurants that we visited.
Ocean’s Seafood far exceeded the other restaurants in PCB.

My chicken salad was way better than I expected for 14 dollars. My friend got crab legs and shrimp he said it was really good. It wasn't busy, and I am surprised for the quality of food and the low prices.
