Good food, good service. The portions are shrinking which is heart breaking, including the soup and salad. Ultimately, not a bad experience but the economy isn't doing anyone any favors.

I'm really out of my league on this people I'm not a fan of Italian food, but I will share that my family of five loves it. Hope this helps. Staff were amazing and very friendly and service was great!

I placed a delivery order at Pier Park Olive Garden on their website. They use Uber Eats. I ordered on a day there is a heat advisory. The order was not cheap. I didn’t have my car on this day or I would’ve picked up the order as I live only 5-10 minutes away. Well the driver picked up the order from the store a little past 6pm but didn’t show up with the order at my home until 7:30 pm.
I asked for a refund because the bag had been traveling in a car for that length of time. I was told my refund would be available back on my card in 7-10 days. I asked if instead of refund would they just reorder a delivery but they said they couldn’t because it’s a 3rd party vendor.
I will not be using their delivery service again and was disappointed in their lack of customer service. I won’t be visiting there again or recommending.

The food is great, the internet is nice, our waiter is a 5-star... When we came with our family, we were met at the reception by a nice girl, but then another waitress came up with a look as if we didn't match the restaurant's dress code... although this is not stated anywhere...

The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks is the best deal in town! Very delicious and inexpensive. Plus, I took home enough for 1-2 more meals!

I’m not one to complain, in fact I have never written a negative review, so the fact that I am doing so right now says a lot. From the moment we sat down our waitress put two coasters down and then threw the other ones at the rest of our party because “I can’t reach that far”. Later when we asked for a refill on our drinks she rolled her eyes at us! She told us that she is “overwhelmed today so you will need to bear with me today”. She was the most unfriendly waitress I have ever had in my entire life!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Lucas, and I can't say enough great things! From the moment we were seated, Lucas was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made us feel welcome right away and took care of everything with such ease and warmth.
His recommendations were spot-on, and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask — it’s rare to experience that level of attention and care. Lucas truly made our dining experience seamless and memorable.
If you get the chance to have Lucas as your server, you're in for a top-tier experience. He was absolutely perfect, and I’ll definitely be coming back — hopefully to sit in his section again!

This was the best experience I have ever had at an Olive Garden. The server was bew, but she truly understands the customer experience and made sure we were satisfied with the food and service. She was attentive and quick to respond.She was kind, personable and professional. When I return to PCB, this will definitely be a stop for lunch or dinner.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Olive Garden today. Despite arriving just before closing time, we were warmly welcomed and never made to feel rushed. Amy, our server, went above and beyond with her exceptional service — she was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her professionalism and hospitality made our visit memorable. It’s rare to receive such outstanding service so close to closing, and we truly appreciate the effort the entire team put in to make us feel valued. Highly recommend!
