Great little beach cafe. Sausage gravy and biscuits, smash burgers, and ice cream. Yum! Peaceful setting by lake and green area. Our favorite cafe in Florida.

We loved having breakfast at Our Little Beach Cafe in Carillon Beach! The food was delicious, the prices were extremely affordable, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for a laid-back, tasty start to the day. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip!

I ate here every morning of my trip and was impressed. As a new type one diabetic, I was searching for macro balanced breakfasts that were also tasty. Wow, did they deliver. I got the loaded omelette every morning with bacon. It was chock full of vegetables, cheese, and included a generous portion of bacon. It fueled my beach days well and didn’t spike my blood sugar at all. One day I split the potato hash with a friend and the other day we split some tater tots. The tater tots were crisp and delicious. The potato hash was good and was like small diced home fries. The service was quick and they have cute tiki table outdoor seating. I saw several families to couples enjoying their meals out there.

My husband and I stopped in while staying in Carrollton for coffee and then later again for lunch. Our iced americanos were made perfectly and came out very quickly. For lunch we got a burger, sandwhich + fries and it was delicious!! The woman at the counter was very helpful and sweet! 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back and try new food items!

Family owned business... Just amazing. Talk to the young lady at the register, she was very friendly and very social. It was great to feel at home . She knew her stuff and gave great recommendations.

I went when visiting Carillon and ordered their apple pie ice cream. I got the wrong order, key lime pie ice cream, but it didn’t matter to me so I continued to eat it. I noticed after a bite I took that something was immediately wrong. I had bitten into peanut butter in a key lime pie ice cream and with my deathly allergy to peanuts, I immediately started going into anaphylactic shock. I almost had to go to the emergency room, but thankfully I had sufficient enough medicine to prevent what could’ve been a near death experience. Because of the severity of this, I felt like the staff needed to know. I went and spoke to the daughter of the owner, who proceeded to blame me and told me I should have told them about my allergy. I explained to her since I ordered a non-peanut ice cream, I didn’t feel it necessary to do this. I told her that what if there was a kid who didn’t know they were allergic to something, and accidentally ate it because they have a cross contamination issue. I explained how this could easily kill the person if they had no medication to reverse the effects. She brushed that aside and continued to lecture me about how this was on me. I told her they had a cross contamination issue, and once again I was told this was my fault. I did not get one apology or anything. This woman felt no remorse for this, so I just walked away.
