Our Little Beach Cafe

My husband and I stopped in while staying in Carrollton for coffee and then later again for lunch. Our iced americanos were made perfectly and came out very quickly. For lunch we got a burger, sandwhich + fries and it was delicious!! The woman at the counter was very helpful and sweet! 10/10 experience, can’t wait to come back and try new food items!

Family owned business... Just amazing. Talk to the young lady at the register, she was very friendly and very social. It was great to feel at home . She knew her stuff and gave great recommendations.

I went when visiting Carillon and ordered their apple pie ice cream. I got the wrong order, key lime pie ice cream, but it didn’t matter to me so I continued to eat it. I noticed after a bite I took that something was immediately wrong. I had bitten into peanut butter in a key lime pie ice cream and with my deathly allergy to peanuts, I immediately started going into anaphylactic shock. I almost had to go to the emergency room, but thankfully I had sufficient enough medicine to prevent what could’ve been a near death experience. Because of the severity of this, I felt like the staff needed to know. I went and spoke to the daughter of the owner, who proceeded to blame me and told me I should have told them about my allergy. I explained to her since I ordered a non-peanut ice cream, I didn’t feel it necessary to do this. I told her that what if there was a kid who didn’t know they were allergic to something, and accidentally ate it because they have a cross contamination issue. I explained how this could easily kill the person if they had no medication to reverse the effects. She brushed that aside and continued to lecture me about how this was on me. I told her they had a cross contamination issue, and once again I was told this was my fault. I did not get one apology or anything. This woman felt no remorse for this, so I just walked away.

We own a condominium in Carillon and honestly this place was one of the reasons we decided to invest there. The staff is so friendly and the food is awesome!
I love the hot veggie wrap (we order extras to freeze and take home for later!!), and they have the best beach burgers around.
Breakfast is delicious and their coffee creations are always on point.
We also love to stop by in the late afternoon for ice cream based drinks. The Snow White (sprite/vanilla) and brown cow (root beer/chocokate) are our favorites!

Disgusting unhygienic food, trashy behavior and scam-like practices. They serve hair in their food and bring all items severely undercooked. They attack customers who ask them politely to replace a dish with hair and raw eggs. Attacks involve inadequate psychopathic behavior with threats calling security or police (who apparently a member of their own family) accompanied by the whole family of owners including their big daughters coming out and pushing customers, so even the little children get abused here and pushed, then charged for things you didn’t order. So if you are in a mood for some low level inadequate violence towards you, getting robbed and getting sick after eating here, you can give it a try.

They do try very hard though to erase all the bad reviews on Facebook, as they ask all of their family members and friends to keep posting dishonest fake positive reviews (from greedy owners and landlords who care only about their own profits and not visitors’ safety, so they keep deleting bad reviews from their facebook page and covering up bad reviews with endless fake positives everywhere, as they know that people won’t be renting out their units there, if this cafe will have many bad reviews not covered up by those fake positive ones), as they know this is the only place to go to have breakfast or lunch around there, so it pushes them to constantly post these fake positives for this only cafe in the whole area, as otherwise people won’t stay there at all.
Save your vacation by staying away from this awful place and low class people with serious anger management issues running it.

Vegetarian options: No such options. And even if it would be you can’t trust this place at all, as their little kitchen is horribly contaminated dirty place.

Dietary restrictions: They don’t follow any guidelines. They being raw and contaminated dishes out.

Kid-friendliness: This is a horrific place for kids, where all the children being maltreated, screamed at and bullied. They scare kids with an extremely aggressive behavior, insanely rude attitude & fists clenching into children’s faces.

We have visited for the past two summers for snacks, ice cream and dinner. Loved all of it. Always friendly! Such a great local family owned business. I appreciate their updates on Facebook with their menu and hours. We are sad not to visit this summer but hopefully will be back in 2025!

This is a horrific place. If you want to get food poisoning, get mistreated, get your kids abused and screamed at, or to taste some undercooked eggs with a bunch of hair mixed in, with trashy people throwing fists into to your face or your kids face for asking to replace a hairy dish, or to see what means lowest level of service and disregard to quality control- then this is the right place for you.
Simply read other 1star reviews too posted through the years: they all state the same: they throw fists into people’s faces if they’re are asking for anything to be fixed. Outrageously horrific service, unsafe, unhygienic, abusive & scamming people.

Vegetarian options: None. This place is unhygienic and totally unsafe.

Dietary restrictions: They will disregard any dietary restrictions or requests, so don’t even bother asking, as they’ll take your money & will threaten you with security or sheriff (their family member), so you’ll observe “get the hell off my property” trashy red-necks treatment.

Parking: Impossible.

Kid-friendliness: This is place where kids get abused, pushed and bullied. Stay away to keep your kids safe.

The Owners are out of control crack pots. They love to post and attack any criticism. They are always closed, they should change their name to The Little Closed Cafe. The food is just ok, but the family that runs this place needs to go, very unprofessional!
