Really tender brown sugar baby back ribs with solid smoke ring. Sandwiches on garlic toast also delicious. Sweet potato fries should be tried too they almost have a funnel cake like batter and cinnamon sugar dusting. And don’t sleep on the sweet bbq sauce they give you generous bottles of.

I ordered a Brisket Potato and Hubs had wings. The potato was brown, so I didn’t eat it. The brisket was ok. Hubs didn’t care for the wings. No photos, because frankly the place was too dark. But it seemed like everyone knew each other, a very “local” place. The beer was cold and the live music was nice. One of the locals ordered a cheeseburger that looked really good. I might give them a second shot and order differently.

Had a great time here but I'll contribute some of that to my crazy friends. Jessica was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Food was good. Atmosphere was great ( we sat at the bar and met lots of new friends!). Only disappointment was seeing that my card was charged an additional $15 and I know I wrote on tab cash tip, left an adequate 22%+ cash tip.

Chicken wings were delicious, chili was nice and 🔥, Cajun potato salad was delicious. Fresh house salad was appreciated, not out of a bag. Waitress was above and beyond! Nice quiet biker bar.

Our family eats lunch here every year we come to PCB (5 years in a row, so far). Their staff has always been friendly and their food is really good. If you’re looking for a local, non-chain, BBQ place, I would recommend it.

Got the “smoked beef brisket” lunch special it looked like canned dog food. Slimey and no flavor. The sides were same. Lame no flavor Mac n cheese tasted like bland wet water cheese noodle. The coleslaw was about as bland as it could be. Very disappointing. The lady was very nice there who took my order. But when I went to eat my food I felt as if I was being cheated. Wouldn’t recommend
