Absolutely the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to literally takes them 10 minutes to help each customer and the drive-through doesn’t work but they don’t tell you that until five or six cars are waiting in line trying to get out of the drive-through lane because they have a sign that you can’t even read because it’s falling off of the drive-through window

If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived in the drive thru at 9 PM and are still stuck in line 20 minutes later due to an issue with a customer at the window, which was the same car at the window 20 minutes ago. Nobody asked the customer to move around to keep the line moving. Take notes from Chicfila Panda. This should never happen.

Food was cold and rice was hard the chow mein was bad the orange chicken was overcooked and when you opened one of the chickens that chicken is dry there is no flavor at all So sad a waste of money oh and had a mobile order and still had to wait till they finish everybody in the line then they made my plate and the food was still cold and gross 🤢 need to shut down and re practice how to cook and serve people with a smile every one of the workers look mad so sad and not clean

Ordered through grub hub. Got severe abdominal pain afterwards. Food is spoiled

Lived on the beach 4 years now, gone to the parkway location multiple times now, every time asking for string bean chicken… there response “it’s not currently ready.” Yet it’s never been ready before.. lol place is easy 1 star. 😆 workers eat all the string beans chicken and never have any ready, along with multiple other plates.

Refused to answer any questions i had as a door dash to the point of looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language . none of the staff tonight spoke clear english

Sat in the drive thru for like 10 minutes placed a mobile order before i got there and just to be told “go inside” extremely rude service i have been given my mobile order through the drive thru many times don’t know why they can’t just hand it to me through the window like every other business.

the only reason they have customers is because people come to pcb unaware that this place is trash!! waited an hour for cold nasty food. i’m highly disappointed. someone need to start a petition to get this place shut down

Nothing special just your typical Panda express. Food was decent. I have eaten much better Panda before to be honest. Staff was doing there job by fixing my food and cashing me out. Nothing over the top

Id give them a zero if I could. They give you bad attitude. Cry about extra sweet and sour sauce. And they tried robbing me of my change. Go somewhere else. Talk about a bunch of bad employees. Do better. Jin Jin 88 is way better and they actually appreciate your business.

All these places, they always close early. They never follow the schedule.

This place needs some help the food was the worst I've ever ate at any panda express. It all looked like it had been sitting out all day. It needs employees that care about food quality and service 😒

I was there last night I arrived about 8:40 pm and the food was cold and container where empty so only have leftover from the last time they made the food that was already old , it was disappointing and disgusting the food , I don’t recommend this place , the staff was in a hurry to closed so it wasn’t friendly either
You are going to regret if you eat here and they still asked you for the change for donations when you paid after they had an attitude when I was ordering my food
