Need new management. Standing here for 30 minutes waiting to order. They keep sending food out the window but we've been standing here. Ran out of white rice. What the heck. On a Saturday night?

The food is good and it was a chill vibe. But the service was bad. One of the girls Sam I believe was her name, was talking EXTREMELY quiet and when I’d ask say again I was met with an attitude. So like teach your servers to speak up and get rid of the attitude.

Chinese ftast food. My friend was dismayed that there were two shrimps left after the server doled out our meals and instead of adding them to our containers or getting us fresh ones from the back, he left them sitting there. I don't like the condiments in foil packets. It takes me 8 packets for one egg roll. The chicken egg rolls are pastry. Next time (next year probably), I will try the veggie spring rolls.

The manager Ashley NEEDS TO GET HER THINGS TOGETHER AND BE A REAL MANAGER AND A GOOD LEADER! Poor workers! The cashier was nice but the manager has the most worst attitude and rude! Never again! If she is not replaced our family will never come back!

Went in and ordered food to eat at the store. Wasn’t told they didn’t have fountain drinks until AFTER we ordered and had all of our food. Was forced to buy bottled soda or water. Food was mid. One back home is 10x better.
