They should have a little more empathy, the employees did not treat us well, they did not even give us the correct order đ„ș although the restaurant was empty đą I think we will not return

I came into your restaurant about 445 on Saturday, March 8. I wanted to get a medium entrĂ©e black pepper chicken. There wasnât enough black pepper chicken to fill a medium so I asked that they just top it off with Beijing beef. Both are the same price, but I was told that that was impossible. I didnât have time to wait for them to make more Black pepper chicken. I donât see why it seemed like such an arduous task to Just put some Beijing beef on top to fill it up. Simply ridiculous customer service.
Ordered a plate with orange chicken, rice and greens.
I should have known yall would do it, but why was the rice in the big spot meant for the entree (chicken) and the small side spot had the chicken.
I won't ever buy a plate again, bowls only. Yall play too much.

The people at this location are super rude. The manager kweli was also super rude. I had to wait forever to be acknowledged. Kweli needs to treat her guest better itâs not right I will not be returning to this location . If I could give zero stars I would this place sucks

Honestly not once have I enjoyed eating at this location. I live 2 miles from it. I wish it was better. My last 4 times here have been terrible. The rice was not edible once out of 4 TIMES. Only one piece of pineapple twice. On 2 separate times the chicken and beef were too hard to eat. Burnt meat. I always order a plate. I go through the drive through. Get home and twice itâs been only one serving of what I ordered. I decided to go back tonight and go in the lobby to order. I told him last time I ordered I only got one piece of pineapple and the rice wasnât cooked. Could he make sure I get enough pineapple and he informed me that he could not do that. I told him that the last four times I ordered here were all terrible experiences. He said he could not do it. It is your job to make your customers happy. DO YOUR JOB. Give me the right amount of pineapple. There was literally no one in there.No one likes your location. Everyone I know complains about it and prefers the23rd location. You guys are the worst and it sucks because the sweet fire chicken is good. Thereâs no point in complaining to the company because you get a measly little box of whatever you ordered and its like 3 bites. Itâs a joke. A slap in the face. I am never ever going to Panda Express again. I will make it myself at home from now on. I used to treat myself to Sweet fire chicken once a wee. It was the only time I ate out. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.Chipotle down the road is good and they will give you what you ask for.
Almost as a rule, the orange chicken at this location is not crispy but rather squishy. Not sure how it can be so squishy so consistently, tbh.

Have placed several pickup orders through the mobile app over the years at the Panama City location, always go through the drive through to pick up the order. This has never been an issue. Apparently they donât do that at this PCB store. The Jamaican lady working the drive through was very strange. When I first pulled up to the speaker, she muttered something unintelligible. I waited for the inevitable âcan I take your orderâ or âhello what would you like?â and all I got was a âhellooooooOooo??â. I said⊠uh Hello???? I have a pickup order?? She said okay one moment. She then came back and asked me what I would like to orderâŠâŠ?
I said pickup order. She said I had to come inside?? I said⊠umm, are you sure? Iâve been doing this for literal years. She said yes.
Obviously this is not a huge deal, but highly annoying and this lady clearly needs find another job.

Food is good ... however, it ALWAYS seems as tho they don't cook enough food to take care of the inside & drive up customers. There are always 3 or 4 offerings that are "out" when u walk in. Standing at the order line, it's easy to tell the drive up widow garners much more attention than the walk- in customer. Area is usually kept pretty clean. Recommend

Came up to the drive through to order. Told my order would be under 5 minutes. Been sitting here over 10 now. Not great service, this seems to be the trend for the service industry in PCB.

The food looked old burnt each one look different colors. I asked the worker is this old he gets an attitude and says no and walks off from the counter. I stand there a long time before he comes back. He made me feel as if I was wrong for even asking so I decided to buy it. Maybe I was wrong. When I got home it was burnt the chicken was so hard you could barely break it. If they cooked it that day they cooked it at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. Because I got there at 10:00 a.m. when they open up. You should not have a worker there that make customers feel like they aren't allowed to question a quality of the food. Now I'm stuck with bad food riding around on my lunch break looking for something else to eat.

Took twice as long as it should have due to utter lack of communication from employees. Did not listen and often had to repeat things. Did not get everything I had asked for. I'd rather go anywhere else to spend my money on food
