This is the first Panera Bread location I've had such bad experience with a.. Definitely not like the others I've been to... Employees not doing their job... Place not being cleaned properly and the outside appearance of the building is horrible... I've order food that the app said they had and come to find out they did not have.. This morning I had to knock on the windows and as well begin to call to get them to open the doors after ordering...

I usually don’t leave reviews too often, but the condition of this place was not acceptable. The tables were dirty, all the trash cans were overfilled, and the staff was just standing around talking. I could understand if there was a rush, but the place was so slow. I hope this gets to the right person for correction because this is not acceptable.

So we don't have panera in our town. My fault as I ordered blindly a chicken Avocado cold sandwich. . Chopped chicken kept falling out. Wasnt impressed. My gusvand had the new item Croissant ham and turkey nelt. Said it was good. Staff was great. . Broccoli cheese soup is good. Will need try something different next time.

Great spot to get some work done during vacation

I stopped by Panera Bread while on vacation because I needed Wi-Fi to get some work done. It wasn’t crowded, the seating was spacious, and it turned out to be a great place to stay for a few hours and focus.

Some reviews mentioned messy tables, but everything was clean when I visited. If you’re looking for a place to grab a light lunch and get some work or studying done, this is a solid choice.

I wanted a toasted bagel. I realized it's too cold and i asked for heating but they rejected.

Raising the price of 13 bagels by $4.00 is one issue, but not having them sliced correctly is another; many would appreciate it if you could improve your service.

Dirty! Table, chairs, and bathrooms all filthy. Glass doors covered in spills and finger prints. Disgusting! If the entrance is like this again I will not come in or come back.
Coffee containers empty and ones with coffee were cold.
