Papa Johns Pizza

After waiting for more than 40 minutes at the place they cancelled because they said they didn't have dough at 9pm. The guy is a liar, he still took more orders after. They sent me a email saying they cancelled because I didn't arrive, and they couldn't contact me.

I ordered a papadilla and got a folded piece of crust. No steak. No cheese. No peppers.
Just a folded crust. The pizza was fine.

I Order pizzas and already paid for them with my card and they were supposed to be delivered and after an hour and half I called and asked where they were and they told me that they are running behind that id have to come get them so now I have two cold pizzas and a place that didn't offer to call me and tell me they weren't able to deliver it I won't be back

In the 7 years I have lived in PCB, this is by far the worst pizza I've ever had. What the hell Papa John's? This is terrible. The crust is super burned!!! $32 for this and a burned cheese with almost no cheese!!!

Delivery driver left the pizza on our doorstep. By the time we discovered it (20 minutes after the delivery time we were given) it was basically cold. No knock or delivery text was given.

5 hrs waiting and 3 'roadside assistance' providers it was Papa John's Delivery Drivers who saved the day!
New to Callaway & working for Uber, I found myself with a flat tire way out on the beach. Mathew happened to deliver nextdoor to where I was parked. He tried to change it but I was missing a necessary tool. He politely said he has another delivery but will return with the proper tools. (not sure I believed him) HE RETURNED WITH A CO-WORKER AND TOOLS!
He went out of his way and I am forever grateful.

We did an online order, the delivery guy was awesome. Papa John's booted our delivery to Door Dash, I hope they gave him the tip that we put on the tab, cause I didn't tip again.
But the cheese sticks were OK, thankfully that what I ate. The pizza was awful. Something was wrong with that sauce. It was horrible!!! Messed up my hubby's belly...being the last day of vacation not good either. 220 miles on a motorcycle with your guts tore up not good at all!! Thanks for the memories Papa Johns!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, oreo bites, naked chicken nuggets, and garlic parmesan WINGS. When opening the food, they gave me garlic parmesan chicken nuggets, and when calling the manager he told me they've been out of wings for 3 days but he didn't have time to call everyone that ordered wings so he decided nuggets would be sufficient. When saying if I would have been informed I would have ordered from somewhere else he said "sorry, do with that whatever you want." Then told me he was hanging up. Also all the food tasted cold and old. I work in food service and could NEVER imagine giving the customer service the manager gave. The delivery girl was polite and friendly.

The pizza used to be good here. Now it's terrible. The ingredients are fine and the dough is great. But the assembly is TERRIBLE! I remember about a month ago after receiving a bad pizza for the 3rd time, I had decided that it was enough so I went to the store and got ready to let them know what I thought. After seeing the employee alone and handling a bunch of orders I backed off. I still told him or her that he or she needed to slow down and watch how the pizza was made. Well I guess that didn't happen because the pizza we got last night was terrible AGAIN. So needless to say we won't be coming back for a long long long time. Papa John's please STOP advertising that you have artisan pizza makers! Look at the picture attached here. Do you think that's artisan made.... Maybe Picasso would think so... Just hire more people or retrain the people working there. So frustrating. Now I have to drive all the way to your store tomorrow so I can get my money back... Ridiculous. " Better ingredients, bad assembly that's Papa John's" that would be a good line for your crappy pizza. Btw the pizza we ordered was supposed to be full pizza onions, green peppers and 3 cheese blend and on the right pepperoni and jalapenos. Does it look like they got it right?

Not use to using app. Lady didn’t offer to help and really ignored me. She wasn't courteous at all. Order was take out.

This location used to be off the chart. I ordered a garden fresh, thin crust, add jalapeños for delivery. It showed up really fast...almost too fast. It was cold very dry and the jalapeños looked as if they were added after it was cooked. I think I got one that was already made...maybe a canceled order from someone else. I'm done with them. They know and see what's going out the door...its just a matter of caring. They obviously don't care.

This Papa John’s is so close to the house. Had to try it out for the first time. Lady said no to giving me plates and plastic silverware. I just moved here and payed around 70.00 for the food. Not going back. Pizza on the beach is way better. Remember customer service is key.

They made my pizza as if they didn’t wanted to make, next time I’ll check my order when it arrives before even tipping.

On December, 18,2024, at approximately 8:23 p.m., I was hungry; I was craving for some pizza soon after the movies. I was looking at the ratings where to get my pizza from. However, this location's ratings are too low for the kind of service I experienced; the brown-skinned guy with a beard, short locs, and his hat turned to the back who made my pizza was professional, and he brought my pizza to me when I was outside on the phone. He greeted me with a smile. Now, I looked at my pizza once I arrived at my hotel. The pizza was perfectly made. I wish I had looked at my pizza when I received it because he would have gotten a big tip. I will be returning to this location. If you want good customer service and food? This is the location to go.
