People do not have two hours to wait on Pizza. You know it's going to be crowded, hire people or do what Domino's did and tell people. No one wants a pizza that has set for over an hour hand a half. It's not even the weekend, update: they stole are money and closed the store while our pizza set for quality check for and hour and a half. This is a big deal.

The buffalo chicken and cuppy pepperoni pizza were both delicious. Food was ready quick on a busy easter Sunday and we were able to have it delivered to the beach parking lot so we could eat it down at our chairs by the ocean. The only reason I had to take a star off was because they're apparently using DoorDash for delivery now rather than their own delivery drivers. Had I known this I likely would not have ordered delivery. I despise DoorDash as a company, but also I tipped really well for them having to bring it to our car in a parking lot and ultimately the DoorDash driver refused to do that, so my husband had to walk about a quarter of a mile to get it from them and they didn't even get out of their car. Unfortunately you can't alter the tip after ordering. I will stick to cash tips if we ever order Papa John's delivery again knowing they utilize DD drivers.

I ordered pizza at 6:30 pm around 8 we called said it was being delivered called back at 8:30 they said they had to recook it I don't think it should take 3 hours to cook a pizza very horrible an will never order anything from this franchise again.
