Service is so slow in here. It’s not like the place is packed to be that slow. The pickled veggies in the banh mi is so bland and not even pickled like it’s suppose to be. Their drinks aren’t that great either. I was looking forward to boba, but this wasn’t it. The girl was on the phone while making everybody’s drink taking her time with them.

The pho here was awful. There was a thick coating of fat, the brisket was undercooked and too tough to chew. It had the consistency of rubber.

Was excited to get some refreshing boba on vacation until I didn’t see mocha or coffee on the milk tea section and asked the girl at the register if they had any of those options, she told me they had the tapioca boba. I tried asking again “I mean, do you guys have a mocha drink?” And she responded with an attitude “we can put boba in any drink” STILL not answering my question and giving me bad service I decided to not get anything and left. (Also instead of trying to help us find something we wanted she went to the back to talk to the other workers)

Every single thing we ordered was subpar and underwhelming.

ordering and food took a long time to come out. 15$ bowl with barely any meat, uncooked noodles, no vegetables, vietnamese meatballs were still frozen, and no utensils given

15 dollars a bowl, it has 4 slices of meat 1 meatball that is still frozen. It took so long for the food to come out.

We stopped in for a late lunch, and this place did not disappoint! The pho was flavorful, not sure what more you could ask from a simple dish like that! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the toppings were running low, and the sprouts (my favorite pho topping) were looking like they had seen better days.

We also got the Coconut Taro Milk Tea. We love Ube and figured that this would be very close in flavor. It was delicious.

I was looking forward to trying this spot, but unfortunately, my experience fell a bit short. The pho and bubble tea didn’t meet expectations — the flavors were lacking, and the bubble tea was all sugar. I also noticed the condiments didn’t seem as fresh as they should be, and the plates they provided at the front for self service were all dirty.

Not sure how this place has 4.6 stars. No customers were there when we came in. Tables were dirty. Apparently hair were dirty as well because when we walked out person in my company said I had 2 greasy spots on my leg. The man who seemed to be in charge was sitting at one of the tables causally talking on the phone. We ordered chicken pho a couple of drinks and bahn mi sandwich. Got charged for it, at that point the above mentioned man stood up and said there was no chicken pho available only beef. We said fine, just refund the pho then. They did. Bobby drinks were alright but definitely on sweeter side. And then the wait for sandwich started. After about 20-25 minutes we were ready to ask for refund on the sandwich and leave when they finally came out. Sandwich certainly didn’t worth the wait. Sloppy, steak was in huge chunks tough you couldn’t chew it, bread was dense and tough complete opposite of what you expect in a good bahn mi. Disappointing all the way around.

We stopped in looking for a quick/non chain restaurant and I’m so glad we did! This was our favorite meal of our vacation. We were greeted by a super nice worker who explained the menu. We ordered chicken pho, chicken fried rice, and a small fried rice and everything was delicious. The pho broth was rich and hearty. My toddler loved his rice which is always a plus. We also ordered boba to go and loved their range of flavors and options. I can’t wait to go back!

It's beyond my imagination. If you go into a Western fast food restaurant and you can eat a bowl of Vietnamese beef, it's basically considered acceptable. If you ask me if it tastes good, I can only tell you that the chef carefully prepares every dish.

Here is another pho restaurant review. Like I said before , I’m a pho fan, gotta try pho anywhere I travel. This place is cute, neat, and more of a modern interior. I expected food to be the same level as interior of this place but no it wasn’t. This pho was super oily, and had no kick to it. Banh mi was just ok. Orange chicken was eww. Superrrrr dry and it came in weird red sauce, didn’t make sense why orange chicken had no taste of orange whatsoever and sinked in red color. Plus prices are higher than usual authentic Asian restaurants.

The boba tea was extremely sweet. It was so sweet it burned the back of my throat. The tapioca pearl was also over cooked and mushy as well as clumped together..
