I can’t remember the waitresses name, but she had red hair and was AWESOME! Very attentive and gave good recommendations. We went right as it opened, its seat yourself style. We sat on the patio with our, dog Oscar. The best part - THE DOG MENU!! Food was great and probably the best strawberry daiquiris we’ve had here in PCB! We will be back next time we are in town!

Wow—this place was a letdown for going on a Sunday it was a definite bust. The bugs outside were overwhelming, the food was just okay, and while the drinks were decent, getting them took forever. They advertise their beer but didn’t actually have it in stock, and the food didn’t come out as ordered. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Patches Pub is the ideal spot to spend an afternoon or evening. Food and drinks are affordable as well as a good variety and tasteful. We have not had a bad meal or experience at Patches. The Friday night tuna special is awesome and they have the best pizzas on the beach. The staff is exceptional always checking on their customers and serving in a timely manner. While there make sure to enjoy a bushwacker drink, You will be asking for a second. Always check out the merchandise from t-shirts to hoodies to hats and glasses. Patches Pub is a must for us on every trip to PCB and we always visit more than once.

My husband and I went to patches during our Destin vacation while visiting Panama. We attended the Easter egg hunt which was so fun and shockingly challenging 😂😂 we ordered the nachos and wings and I was amazed by how good the food was! Especially the wings! The staff is incredible and friendly, the environment is nothing but fun we will be returning every time we visit Florida ❤️

Tonight was the first time I have tasted my food and immediately thrown it away. It was so bad, it wasn't even worth discussing with the server. My seared ahi tuna tacos were very well done with packaged broccoli salad thrown on top.
We have tried to support the new owner, which was a fruitless effort. No wonder the locals have fled.
Miss you Vince & Cindy... We sure hope y'all are having a wonderful time traveling...

Patches is a chill place to eat and hang ? I was there on Friday night to watch the rigged fight ? and I had two servers. Alejandro was the 1st who asked if I needed anything and did a smooth transfer to Justin the 2nd server / Bartender . He was Awesome and accommodating and the whole crew that night was upbeat and smiling ? Way to go Team Patches ?
