Mr big funny guy running the register/taking orders would rather flirt with customers and make jokes than do his job... I came in to pick up my doordash order and me and the lady in front of me in line had to wait for nearly 10 mins before he finally came up to the counter to serve us. And before he would even take the lady's order he made a few awful attempts to flirt with her as he was "taking her information for the order". He asked about her husband, and when he could use her number to call her, and was yelling laughing until she gave a response. It gets worse when he found out I was only there to pick up for doordash, as I was immediately brushed off and told he doesn't work in the kitchen so he doesn't know how long until it will be ready. If it wasn't hard enough trying to get him to calm down enough to take me seriously, I then had to repeat the same question 3 times before he finally asked a cook where my order was. Where was my order you might ask?? Behind him in a warmer READY THE ENTIRE TIME!! I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Estimated time was very off ended up waiting like 45 min after the estimated time for our food. Something was on fire creating smoke and a nasty smell we said something politely and were aggressively told to go away. We saw multiple people making food without gloves and a worker who came out of the restroom and returned to the kitchen a continued making food without washing their hands and no gloves. Over all just a poor experience rude workers and long wait times (total wait time was 1 hour and 15 min)Not worth the price.

We ordered via mobile device for pickup last night. When we got there, quite a few people were in the small lobby. There was a girl working the register who was a new employee. She was visibly anxious and was trying her best to keep up. Another female employee was visibly angry. She was cussing, slinging plates of food into the pizza oven, slamming doors. While checking for an under in the heated part where “ready” orders go, she got mad and slung a box of pizza, which we learned a few minutes later was our order. The new girl kept having to ask her questions about things she didn’t know how to do yet, and it seemed to make her even more mad. While attempting to sling a cookie? tray into the oven she dropped it on the floor and cussed more, left it there. What a treat. If this place is losing employees, it’s because of her. I felt so bad for the new girl. We told her how sorry we were she was dealing with that and wished her a better night. I have no idea what the other girl was mad at. Oh and our wings were wrong. Supposed to be buffalo, but we’re bbq. The new girl politely asked if she could make it right, but we declined in fear that the other angry employee would spit in our food if we asked her for the correct wing sauce. There’s no reason to act like that, especially in front of a lobby full of customers.
Piss poor all between the quality of food and customer service. They use door dash as well so best of luck getting your food.
