service is horrible and they are all rude. From denying my refund from being out right rude. Smoking outside inside of taking orders. Left them to get dominos instead and they were so nice.

I’m tired of ordering there and they can’t even put my order in a bag. It’s so unhygienic to have door dash to pick up my order without putting it in a bag! Please gets some bags for the orders

Great service and delivery guy was great! Best way to order in food at the beach & they deliver to your door even on the 15th floor.

Not sure what's happened in the last few months, but quality has gone down. The last couple pizzas I've ordered has little to no sauce on them, which makes the pizzas very dry. If you order a cup of sauce, its about half full in a tiny container. I guess they're trying to save a few bucks on sauce.

your driver in the Mitsubishi drives like an asshole. No regard for others around them.

The driver was the only pleasant encounter that we experienced. The staff needs to specify what comes with the specials. When you spend forty dollars on your hard crusted melts,hot wings and a pizza that wasn't in the box.

Don’t know what Mr man’s problem is who decided to take pictures of my car while parked, wanted to say “be lucky I didn’t call a tow company for parking in my spot” lmao buddy it’s a Tuesday morning at 10:30 during off season, I park there everytime I go to trulieve, NO ONE has EVER made it an issue in the last 4 years, BESIDES HIM and I was going to order wings while on lunch, hence why I parked there, LIKE INDO EVERYTIME ! Go in the back and take another bump weirdo ❄️😷

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings. The pizza was cold and Matt, the driver, was sarcastic and condescending. I will never again order from this Pizza Hut or leave a tip in advance.

We were staying less than 6 blocks from the store at the Laketown Wharf condos on a slow night the week after Labor Day -- off season by local standards. The place may have been 20% full. Not only did the order take 45 minutes to arrive, the driver called and TOLD us to meet him downstairs. The friend I was staying with is an owner. We went downstairs and he said none of the drivers ever never brought pizza upstairs because of the elevators. That was a bald face lie and he talked down to us.

The app experience was incredibly frustrating. It kept freezing and locking up my order whenever I tried to proceed. After seven failed attempts and nearly deciding to order elsewhere, I had to call the store directly. Unfortunately, the phone communication wasn’t any better — the employee couldn’t hear me, and it took a lot of back and forth to get the order finalized.

While the food is great (which is why we went through all this trouble), it really shouldn’t be this hard to place an order. Next time, I think I’ll skip the app and just pick up the order in person.

This is the third time I've been to this location & when you don't tip online they force you to check a tip one more time before they hand you your prepaid pickup order..... Not Happy & not going back to this location.
