Stopped for a late lunch. Chicken bacon wrap & broccoli cheddar soup were really good. The two boys working were very sweet. Isaieh and TJ gave great service and stayed busy cleaning while it was so slow.

We arrived 40 minutes before closing. When we arrived the 2 employees were visibly irritated that we came so close to closing. Which I’d understand if it were 10 minutes, but again 40 minutes. And while ordering we ordered soup and the employee informed us that unfortunately they were sold out. All of them. On a 85 degree day. Which isn’t believable since they already dumped the tea and cleaned everything for the night. We requested to make one of the sandwich’s vegetarian and he said he didn’t know how to do that. They also requested that we get it to-go since they close in 40 minutes. As soon as we walked out the door the employee ran to lock the door well before the 7:30pm closing time. We watched 2 other families walk up and tug the door while we were eating outside on the patio.

Went here after shopping around & couldn’t be more pleased! Great prices, atmosphere, food, & drinks. Staff keeps it clean as possible. I’ll say it is a smaller space but that’s ok. They have a big variety of food options & I got “The Wreck” with Cheddar & Broccoli Soup & it was amazing. Soup was filled up & hot, sandwich was packed with meat & toasted crispy. Both my Fiancé & her friend said it was really good as well. Staff was polite, helpful, friendly, & wore & used PPE during food handling.

Man, I have talked this place up to so many people but today ended my love for Potbelly’s. It truly does take one bad experience to ruin a place. Some may not care but I do. When you take my order and if I’m speaking, DO NOT cut me off to talk to other staff members, I do not care if you forgot to give another table what they ordered. Have the discussion once I’m done. May as well spit in my food. Don’t know the kids name, don’t care. He was making my sandwich. No one teaches customer service anymore. Maybe it’ll be a Spirit of Halloween next. Panama City Beach, Pier Park.
PS: In regards to the lame 👇🏼👇🏼response👇🏼👇🏼 I received. This store has definitely gone to hell in terms of service. I will not “visit again soon”. For your sake, train your staff what customer service means. You’ll be gone soon enough at this rate.

This was my first visit. Branding and atmosphere nice. I do agree the prices are good and ingredients seem quality; however, my sandwich was all bread with mostly lettuce. The layer of meat was hardly even visible, despite featuring 3 different meats. It may have been a slice each. The three friends I was around were shocked as well. I had to add a couple pieces of grilled chicken to make it a real sandwich. I don’t think I can return if that is the standard.

Well everyone I tried this place for the first time ever while attending a job interview for the PCB Wheel formerly Skywheel it was really good had a meatball sandwich chips, cookies, and a Dr. Pepper for lunch totally worth it, this place is super clean and fancy for a sandwich shop, it definitely blows Subway and Firehouse Subs out of the water, it’s on par with Jersey Mike’s and Publix Deli sub, and it’s slightly better than Jimmy John’s of course but definitely will be back on better circumstances one day! 😁

My lunch at Potbelly exceeded my expectations. I was out running errands and stopped in for a quick lunch. My sandwich was delicious and I liked that a smaller size sandwich option was offered. The premises were so clean and inviting and the staff very friendly and on top of things. I highly recommend and don’t forget to get a milkshake for dessert Very Good!!!
