Do not go to this place waste of time for you and your family better places to go. They charge you a cover of 10 for adults and 5 dollars. They try and give thse tickets to redeem for drinks. BTW that does include premium drinks. I went to a friends birthday party there. We went to put her birthday present in the car. And mind you we had armbands from their establishment and they tried to charge another 10 dollars to get back in. I'm local I have never seen that type of greediness of ripping people off

Very disappointed with this place. I’m a local and have been coming here for years. Lately everything has gone down hill. The last few times we have come it seems ALL the games are shut down/broken. We lost money on many games. Not to mention the prize prices have DOUBLED!!! By the time you win enough tickets for anything you can go to Walmart and get it cheaper. The only real games working were the ones you win 5 tickets on or none at all. Games that require balls or sacks? Don’t count on playing those either as they’ve taken nearly all of them out of the game preventing you from winning anything. Big bummer since we enjoy coming here but if games are going to continue to be broken I’ll just take my money to Dave n Busters or Funland. Hopefully the owners see this review and fix the games.

Place seemed like a mess. Lots of arcade machines weren't working and the place was hard to handle. We wanted to bowl but we were told they had leagues tonight and only had a few lanes available. 2.5 hour wait. I tried to look up league schedules, but I didn't see anything online.

There's no safety skates, there's only one walker to share amongst the entire place so there's 4 kids just falling and crying. The floors are bumpy and dirty so it's not a smooth skate. Front room has floors peeling up which my kid tripped on. They take your shoes for the skates so we have to go request them back every time someone needs to use the restroom. Def not my fav rink.

A nice bowling alley, video game/arcade, and roller rink. Servers cold beer & food at reasonable prices. Clean restrooms ramps for whoever may need use of them. Friendly staff. Separate bar located in back opens at 4pm I believe. Good way to kill a night. Stand alone burger joint in same parking lot and a high end restaurant couple of doors down.

It was fun, good people Ig... Bring your own skates, their bearings suck and you can't do much tricks, Floor sucks and has bumps everywhere. Who cares if you're a beginner and you fall just get back up and try again.

I ripped my pants😂

I turned in my game card along with tokens and cards. The employee told me I had 7050 points. I was waiting for the rest of my party to finish and when we were done we came back in for them to cash out their tickets. Again they told me I had 7050 points. I had my card in my possession and was shopping. My daughter and granddaughters combined their cards for a total of 17048 points and then they were also shopping. We gathered up the things that we wanted to purchase with our points and when my daughter got up to the cash register to purchase her things with her points, they told her that she had a zero balance. Knowing just five minutes prior to that they told her she had over 17,000 points. At the same time, I was checking out with another cashier and they told me that I had 17,048 points. So obviously they made some sort of mistake which they shouldn’t have because they should’ve never even had my card associated with hers at all. My guess is they still had my card pulled up on their computer from where they checked my balance. In the meantime, they had a shift change. The two new employees that were working just stood there and stared at us and did nothing. They said they weren’t willing to do anything and it’s not their problem. So we asked for a manager, and I will have to say that was the worst management experience that I have ever dealt with. He literally would not even listen to us at all. Basically he didn’t care what what we had to say and he only gave us a total of 17,048 pounts instead of 24,097. The two men that were previously working, then showed up and literally would not own up to anything. I asked them multiple times what happened and they kept saying we did what you told us to do. And other than that, they would not speak. It was not true. I never gave them my card at all for them to put my daughter’s points on there and if I did then we still should’ve had the total amount, not just her 17,098. We were just absolutely disappointed in the way that the situation was handled. Did we need the stuff from their gift shop? No not really but it was just the principal. We are on vacation and we went there yesterday to bowl and then today to do the arcade. So in the last two days my family has spent almost $800 in this establishment, only to be treated as though we were liars and as though we were trying to con them out of prizes. Your employees made a mistake and then your management did nothing about it. As a matter of fact, your management wouldn’t even listen to us. Your employees were rude and so was your manager. Needless to say we will not ever be returning when we’re here again on vacation.
On a side note, I wish I had his name, but I would like to give a shout out to the gentleman who had to come and fix a couple of the machines for us because he was wonderful. He was very polite, very professional and very prompt.

Nice bowling alley. Arcade is lacking in need of repairs every other game is broken.

Food was okay but was definitely not worth their price. Half of the games were down (not an exaggeration) and half of the ones that were operational were broken in some way or another (e.g. buttons not working, game would lag or freeze, or in one case the machine took my credits but never let me play it). If you plan on bringing a coupon to get $10 in credits free for buying $20 worth of credits DO NOT BUY MORE THAN $20 in credits. Because any bonuses you would get for buying more (like getting $15 extra credits for buying $50 worth) you WILL NOT GET THEM. The coupon nullifies those extra credits and they will refuse to give them to you. I sincerely felt scammed after leaving because of how shoddy and broken most of the machines were. It feels as if whoever owns the place just doesn’t care about maintaining it. Definitely wish I had just gone to a different arcade instead.
