Overpriced bowling, beer, and skating. The only thing it has going for it is having all of that in once place.

Night skating is the best. The floor are like plastic, not wooden floors. Too many kids with no parents in sight. If you bring your own skates you still have to pay full price which is bogus. Most skating rink I been to charge you half price if you bring your own skates. Noone wants to put their feet in skates that's how people get feet fungus. I never saw them once spray any Lysol or anything in the skates as people returned them.?

We visited here twice during our trip out to PCB. The first day was a Monday afternoon with a light , mild crowd. BUT OMG Tuesday was a different beast!! Half off on all games on Tuesdays and it was raining! Of course everyone was looking for some weather friendly entertainment when kids are involved. We had some fun here but redeeming tickets off your uploadable cards was a nightmare. I don't think the staff was prepared for all this action. There is a decent amount of games to play . Bowling and skating are also available. It's loud , wild and crazy but my niece and nephew enjoyed themselves. Just to be clear , arcades are all rips off. The amount of tickets you redeem vs money you load on the card ratio is just off ... a lot!!! The prizes were limited in my opinion.

More than half the games don't work. The price was pretty reasonable. The skating rink however, had some of the worst employees. The rules were not enforced. My kids (all 3 inexperienced skaters) were knocked down numerous times by one guy that skating at an extremely high rate of speed. When one of my kids asked for a "helper" (the pvc walker type things) she was told no, because she could skate (she was holding the wall the whole time). When I complained about the dangerous skater, I was blown off with "I'll talk to him" as the worker continued to flirt with the pretty girl that just couldn't seem to get the right size skate. The facility was clean, and fairly well maintained. The employees in the arcade side were pleasant and helpful.

We came here and the customer service is some of the best we have had ever here in PCB. The staff is amazing Queenie, Andrea, and Marcus really went above and beyond to make our date night kid free night AMAZING. They are super friendly and I’ve lived in PCB for awhile. They are some of the most friendliest people I’ve encountered. Thank you guys with love and respect ? ?????

We waited over 5 hours for bowling but eventually left without playing. We were told the wait would be a maximum of 3 hours for our group of 5 kids and 3 adults. While waiting, we ate their disgusting food and played in their game room, where most of the games were broken. The managers were rude, and we will never return. Don’t recommend
