I ordered online and got a message it would be ready by 2:08. Once I got here, there was a paper sign taped to the door saying they weren't open till 3. It very much messed up our plans for the day and wasted money.
Edit: They did call back, apologize, and make it right so I have no real complaints now.
Edit: Thought no complaints, but they said they would refund the money, but never actually refunded the money.

Our family needed a little pick-me-up before a big dinner with our extended family, so we decided to go to this quaint little pizza place. This was on Labor Day weekend 2025. We were so thrilled with the decor, environment and the quality of the food. The service was great as well. We would surely go again. 5 stars ⭐️ for me!

Kid friendly and the food is soooooooo good!!!!!!!! Delicious pizza!!!!!!! I will go back home wishing this pizza place was in my town. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, with the perfect amount of melted gooey cheese! Truly the best pizza! The pizza taste like they care about quality and the customer!!

The crust was amazing and the pizza was even better the second day. The toppings on the pizza were awesome, great quality toppings. And the cheese is so stringy and gooey. Now the sauce was delicious. The cheese sticks per our son was mmm, mmm, good. For the price and quality that you get, it can't be beat at Panama City. We will be back again and again. The service was great and the people there keep the place clean and welcoming. Leaving St Andrews, this is a great place to stop. Plenty of parking and places to sit inside or outisde to eat. You gotta stop and try Shore Shack.
The first place I ate when I arrived in Panama City Florida was Shore Shack Pizza. The place was very clean and the folks were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, from the crust to the toppings. I highly recommend this restaurant
