Horrible everything. Called at 629pm to place my pickup order. I was told that 25 minutes it would be ready. Sent my husband at 30 minutes. He had to wait till 740pm. I would have never ordered if I knew it would be so long. I get maybe an extra 15 minutes or so but not additional 40 minutes from the time I was quoted! I called my husband to check on him and the order ( he had left 3 minutes before I called) and go figure order was missing items AND pasta was wrong. Thank God I called my husband to check the order before he got too far. He was able to grab the missing items ( the employees just forgot to hand him a bag) and we got a refund for the incorrect item as I was not waiting any longer for them to cook anything. My kids were staving. Pizza had no flavor. From the dough to the sauce. We are not from this area, so we wanted to try and support local restaurants. This was a huge disappointment

Local, and love this pizza place. The mozzarella sticks, breadsticks and cheese pizza are my favorite. I think it is some of the best pizza on the island. In addition, they have a nice shaded eating area outside. The ladies that work there are all sweet and bring the food out to us when we sit outside. Highly recommend.

Stopped off this afternoon to get to go pizza for my kiddos. Got home pizza was burnt. I’ve always used Shore Shack as our go to. Who in the world in the kitchen would have put this in the box??? What is going on in the kitchen? Journeyed back out and got pizza from Patches.

As much as I love pizza, we opted for a couple of salads tonight. My Husband had the Greek and I had a Caesar. ALL of the ingredients in both were super fresh and everything was absolutely delicious!

Shore shack is on our go to list every visit, never disappoints. Love their crust flavorful sauce and quality cheese. At the risk of a pizza war, I love cappicola and pineapple pizza and no one's as good as theirs
