Been there few times always seems to take a while to get your food. It's good when you do but it's a little slow. Not blaming the cook 1 person can only do so much. Think certain times they could use some help. Just my opinion.

Came at 1230. Waited after pressing t the button and decided to order on the app. App said my for would be ready by 1243 and I didn't get it until 1:03. No one was answering the call buttons the guy next to me walked in after 4 unanswered calls. Really frustrating, spent 63 bucks not even to have the fry containers filled to the top. No sauces.

I wasn't aware of the new hours (my own fault) they are clearly posted. I drove to the drive-thru and the manager came out and apologized she didnt have a headset on yet because they aren't opened. She said but what can I get for you I will take your order anyway. She took my order without issue or frustration! Sonic doesn't open until 9am I placed my order around 835am. This new management Sonic has is gonna make a difference!

Customer service is horrible. Not busy at all but had to wait to even place an order. After waiting for a bit, I just left. This happens too often at this Sonic.

Tried to eat here July 22 at 230 pm . Lots of cars here. Pulled in. Pressed the button. Waited over 5 minutes but no one would take my order.

Terrible service! I waited 15 minutes for a large coke. When the lady finally came to the window she asked, what I wanted. I said, my order…a large coke. She shut the window, came back and shoved a coke out of the window and closed the window. Never said a word or asked for payment.

Please check your chicken!! On Friday, July 11th at 6pm I was served completely raw chicken! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I ate half of it and realized it was literally raw inside! The manager was nice and apologized saying they have new employees. She refunded my entire meal. But beware please!!!!

Horrible waited over an hour and couldn't get waited on at all this was on Saturday July 5th. I mean if ya wanna make money, serve your people. Nobody knew we were there. Lots of service stations were broken very unprofessional.

crazy loco

store should.be shut down and all employees including management fired!! employess goofing off and playing as lines wrapped around the building.. they push a button to shut drive through off so that they can watch videos on thier phones and chat... district should be fired as well.
