Terrible service! I waited 15 minutes for a large coke. When the lady finally came to the window she asked, what I wanted. I said, my order…a large coke. She shut the window, came back and shoved a coke out of the window and closed the window. Never said a word or asked for payment.

Please check your chicken!! On Friday, July 11th at 6pm I was served completely raw chicken! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. I ate half of it and realized it was literally raw inside! The manager was nice and apologized saying they have new employees. She refunded my entire meal. But beware please!!!!

store should.be shut down and all employees including management fired!! employess goofing off and playing as lines wrapped around the building.. they push a button to shut drive through off so that they can watch videos on thier phones and chat... district should be fired as well.

Y’all had us waiting for the 4 sundae’s, 3 pretzels, and 3 cheesy stuffed pepperonis things while the car was heating up aka the temperature was going high on the dashboard cause it running for many of minutes and my mother had to leave me there waiting for the change after getting the food to run the car around so it would cool off and the sundae's melted completely

Me and my family were waiting in the car for almost an hour, we ordered four sundaes , some simple flavors like chocolate + caramel, two caramels and chocolate right? Simple? We also ordered three pretzels and pepper stuffed something, we had to wait an hour for them to get them to get our food after we knocked, while there was four other cars in the area including us, by the name we got our food it was cold and melted , it took them ten minutes to give us our change of $72.01 cents and somehow was $1 off, you you spent ten minutes for our change to count it how could you be off. The speaker on the intercom was extremely rude. The one who gave us our food told us it wasn’t his fault because he’s new but new or not, you went through training to get hired so you should know. Overall horrible service 2 people left and complained.

the absolute worst experience I have ever had has happened the last 2 times I have been to this sonic. I was screamed at by the drive thru worker and then had to wait 20 mins for 2 drinks and mozzarella sticks. The staff is never friendly and the wait time is atrocious. I tried again tonight and the workers were so rude. Didn’t acknowledge me when I pulled up to the drive thru window, waited almost 30 mins for 2 drinks & 2 appetizers and when I was handed the bag of food, the worker shoved the bag in my face. Will not be stopping there again.
