Waited in drive thru for over 20min while watching the employees flirt with a car full of 4guys in front of me. I saw their order on the screen when I pulled up and it was two meals but somehow they got a minimum of 8drinks passed thru to them thru the window and the employee was outside flirting by their car holding up the line.

After a 10 min wait at the drive in board. this lady said drive thru only. So then we pull to drive thru. waited 15 min . we order finally get to the window got our food. they were nice we got all our food except my onion rings were small and I order a large. and they fixed it for me.

Doesn't anyone work anymore.

After sitting and waiting for about 5 minutes while parked, we pressed the service button for the second time. Female spoke saying, and I quote, "We are drive through only". My husband said, it would be nice to display that on the sign. Female replied, and again I quote, " We don't have a sign, and I am the only one in this store." Her responses were very harsh and rude. We left and went somewhere else to eat not wanting to wait for a very long time. I mean, 1 person taking orders, cooking, and serving must take extended time to get your food. And with her that upset, would the food be safe to eat? You decide.

Avoid at all costs. Parked in stall and no one was helping them. Then waited in drive thru for over 30 mins. Was not busy. Now I see why the reviews are all bad. Owner keeps apologizing but nothing being done

I simply wanted to stop to get a chocolate milkshake for my son. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru, including over 5 minutes at the ordering microphone. I called the restaurant from the drive thru to ask for service since i was not hearing from anyone. I was told the headset may not be working and to pull up to the window. When I reached the window the woman asked the man I spoke to on the phone "is the one who cussed at you?" I did not cuss at all, nor did I even raise my voice. When I denied it the woman at the window just said "whatever, I'm done, just keep on moving" and refused to take an order. Multiple vehicles had also been sitting there for a very long time at that point and some had also already gotten fed up and left. I should have followed them.

To the lady that worked 3/20/2025 around 8 pm, let me tell you that you made my night! You had glasses on with brunette hair (sorry I never got your name). You were so sweet when I couldn’t get the app the register my stahl. Then when I came in the drive through and couldn’t figure out how to go around because I’m dumb, you made me laugh so hard! You’re the best! Also it was my boyfriends fault because he said I couldn’t go that way lol.

I placed a mobile order because it’s supposed to be more efficient and quicker. I waited at the stall for 45 minutes. I was never once contacted or told anything about food.
They are absolutely terrible. I will never return here save yourself the headache they are not worth your time. The staff is lazy and uneducated. Good luck you’ll starve to death before you get your food. I contacted corporate, but nothing will be done. Just a warning for anyone else.

so me and my girlfriends were on a beach vacation, and we had a couple mobile orders to pickup. when we arrived, we received our mobile orders, but we had a friend who wanted to order through the red button. we pressed the button and were greeted beyond rudely by the manager!!!!! she came on the headset and told us she’ll bring everything right out, but interrupted me when i said we needed to place an additional order. they then brought our food and a team member told us she would come and take our order. for 10 minutes she sat talking to the car next to us drinking a monster energy drink. the lady next to us was also here way after us, and got everything she needed way before us.

car hop was amazing, manager was not. thank you to the male carhop with the “Trust No One” necklace (Marcus I think). he was the only reason this experience wasn’t a zero.

40 min wait for mobile order. Screen said “Tiffany” was on the way with order after 10 min but she never came. Attempted to press button to speak with someone and no one ever answered. They’re just walking around. One walking around smoking. Finally just left and forfeited the money I had already paid. Pathetic.

Absolutley horrible.. 1 1/2 hours for 2 slushies.. (I really like slushies) bigger sized lady was definetly struggling. Either need more staff or a better system. Something needs to change
