Messed up my order and haven’t refunded my money

We went later in the night so maybe that was thr problem. But service was slow, milkshake top wasnt on when it was handed to me (spilt in the vehicle), and seemed to have alot of weird random people walking through the lot. I don't plan on going back with all the other options in town.

Using the mobile app to order for a car with four people to avoid confusion was straight forward and convenient, as was paying with Apple Pay. Food was delicious. The only down fall was the service. Our order was placed at 9:38 PM with the app saying our order would be ready at 9:44 PM. At 9:58 PM we pressed the button to call and check on the status of our order and that is when the wheels came off. The employee on the other line said they didn’t have our order, that maybe we ordered at the wrong Sonic and were rudely barking at asking us to tell what the order was. Finally, after giving the name again they found the order. Without apology the said it would be right out. When the food arrived the annoyed employee offered a half, more like quarter, hearted “sorry.” I’m not sure if the person that delivered our food was the same as on the speaker, but the tone and accusatory questions were ridiculous. Given other Sonic’s and food options in the area, will not be going back to this location.

They got 1 star cuz I couldn't give no stars.
They are rude, disrespectful, no thank you, took 10 min to take an order. The food was cold when it came out. My husband tried to get hot fries and they make him wait 10 more minutes. Never be back

Just wasted 15 minutes of my life waiting for an ocean water on a hot day hoping to cool off only to get a warm drink with like barely any ice in the top 1/2” of it. Ridiculous! They need to repair everything outside as well.

Took way too long to get food. and they wouldn’t let us add a corndog we missed on our order cuz the order was “already rung up” lousy work crew who dont give a shit. dont waste your time here.

Placed an order at 6:55 that was supposed to be ready at 7:05pm. An hour later, we are still waiting on our food. Order with caution. This location is obviously incompetent. Can’t speak to the quality of the food, as I’m not sure we will ever receive it…

Terrible I waited 45 mins for my door dash order and they gave me the run around. I'm not happy matter of a fact I'm very disappointed with sonic. The young lady could have simply told me that she didn't see it instead of making me wait. It's not her fault yall just need more helpers at night to where they aren't struggling to get orders out late nights.

Good food and that, but 30 minutes is too much time for a shake and tots, still nice people there though.
