Terrible service. Ordered a couple of things, including a cup of coffee. We wanted blonde roast, but when we were told they only had medium roast, said that was fine…ordered medium roast and was charged for it. Few minutes later…receive all of our items except for the coffee. When I ask about, the barista said very rudely “you said you didn’t want medium roast.” I respond that I did want it, ordered it, and was charged for it. She mumbles something about checking the receipt and rolls her eyes. I pull up my mobile receipt and show her the order so she gets my coffee and slams it on the counter without saying a word. I don’t care if someone messes up my order, but her response was totally absurd. I’m sorry if it’s too much of a nuisance to order a PLAIN coffee at a Starbucks. My mom went back this morning and said that the same barista was super rude to her and also double charged the woman in front of her for her orange juice, because she didn’t give it to her in her initial order. With all the negative reviews about service, why are these baristas still working there? FIRE THEM.

Nasty. The store front is disgusting. They weren't even opened on time. They were out of stock of basic things. The staff had very rude attitudes. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t waste your time here.

Worst drink and worst service I’ve ever experienced. Drive 5 miles down the road and there’s a great Starbucks. Ordered a white mocha. It tasted like hot water. Drink these in every city, and state. Asked to make it so I could taste it, he opened the lid and started explaining how I was wrong.

Went at 7:30 an hour and half after they opened and ordered a bagel. Workers let me purchase bagel without letting me know they had zero cream cheese. Since I am on vacation, I do not have an endless supply nor does the convenience store have any on hand. I’m extremely disappointed. The service was ok other than that. When i asked for cream cheese they told me to try the convenience store. This is something truly unacceptable and I feel as if this should have been made right. I will not eat a bagel without cream cheese, maybe others do but not me.

Here at ClubWyndham on vacation. Supposed to be open at 6am, it’s 6:39 and not a soul in site. Service this week has been very slow and execution has been horrible and disorganized and disappointing. I have been trying to be patient, but when folks who travel on a time difference want a Starbucks at the time they say they are open, but no one shows up…it’s bad.
They’re out of cold brew lol So much for getting coffee you like

No one at counter for over 10 minutes. I did a mobile order and no one around. Someone finally showed and helped customer b4 me. That is fine cause they there b4 me. Luckily I got refund on mobile order because I didn’t want this guy (that had really bad attitude) getting any of my money Two other people came and left because no one around. Worst Starbucks ever. I going to report to corporate too
