On a 3 day family reunion in Panama City. Stopped here for our morning coffee and we are rarely disappointed the customer service was as should be great as was our coffee!

I go to Starbucks all over the country while traveling, but this is my hometown store. The baristas are very friendly and many know my name. I feel right at home here. For people complaining about slowness, this is a Tourist Town. Everything gets slow when all the tourists are here; please don’t complain and give these hard working people a poor rating.

Great spot with ample space. Do know it does get busy so be sure to get there early waited about 15 minutes for a speciality coffee

I waited 30 minutes to get three cappuccinos and all I see is that the drive-through was going really fast and the people that come to order in front cashier was taking forever.

The people are great but this is the absolute slowest store. I ordered on the app 20 minutes before reaching the driveway. It took me saying hello after sitting at the speaker for 3 minutes before they answered and said they were backed up. 20 minutes after the speaker and counting still 2 cars ahead of me.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks experiences that I’ve ever had. These reviews have me laugh crying over here at how unrealistic they are. We waited in the drive-through line for half an hour and almost all of the cars in front of me had to send their drink back through the window because it was incorrect. I have visited hundreds of Starbucks, I am from Texas and have traveled all over for work. This Starbucks location is a joke.

People were rude and I don’t understand why you have the option to place a mobile order for drive-thru if they won’t let you pick it up in the drive-thru. Then they made me wait for 20 minutes inside.

We had breakfast and it was great! They didn’t have the caramel drizzle for my drink there so I found something else to drink. The white chocolate mocha wasn’t very good but my wife liked her ice white mocha. The staff were super friendly and they were very quick about making the drinks.

don’t make drinks correctly…. Also my venti matcha was filled only halfway

You should probably fix your AC so your employees don’t suffer anymore than they already do.

The slowest service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Staff blamed it on the printer, but the girl making drinks was making the order after mine. They were also out of every food item we wanted. To be in such a busy area they need better staff and more inventory.
