We waited for the order for 20 minutes, it turned out that the workers simply forgot about it. And the order itself is made sloppily, all the cups are covered in cream.

Took over 20 mins of not moving in drive thru line til I got my order. They had a line of cars to the outside of the parking lot it was so slow, and no reason for it, it was a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm. Each car was waiting at the drive thru window at least 5-10 mins after standing still for just as long, ridiculously slow

Very busy at the time I was there. Used mobile app, inside pickup out fairly quickly.

I would not walk in this place. Only morons would spend 5,6,7 dollars on a cup of coffee.

Without even taking a sip. You can see that 1/3 of the coffee is missing. You can see by the cup residue that it was never filled.

Typical Starbucks with plenty of seating inside. However, I've encountered some staff who consistently struggle to make drinks correctly, even standard off-the-menu ones. I've had to request remakes on multiple occasions, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the entrance to the parking lot and drive-thru is poorly designed, leading to frequent confusion. Many people enter the wrong way or plow through cones, creating a chaotic situation. While the ambiance and seating are good, the inconsistent drink quality and troublesome parking lot layout detract from the overall experience.

It’s a shame they don’t know how to read. They never make my order right. Never.

I would say 75% of the time the workers are rude. Where is that new customer service initiative the new CEO is talking about? Drive through are usually friendly. For instance, just ordered an iced mocha and another drink. Saw the mocha was hot, we are in Florida, it’s 80, we wanted iced. I waited politely for the gal to acknowledge me and kindly said, this is supposed to be iced. She gives me a dirty look and says, “oh, that’s ok. I’ll remake it if you want iced.” No, I ordered iced, it says iced on the label. Why add the snotty comment like she’s doing me a favor making the drink I ordered? She then slides it across the counter and says nothing. I used to be a staunch Starbucks supporter but lately I am so over their crappy attitudes. I’m sure it’s management but they better figure it out.

Continuously the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I hate that this is the closest one to me. Employees are smug, unpleasant and never go out of the way to make for a remotely good experience. Even a simple smile would go a long way towards improvement. Sad state of affairs.

Only one person making drinks while a few others weren’t attending customers. I had to leave after paying for my coffee because it was taking so long. Awful service at this location.7

This is the third time this location has not filled any of my drinks to the proper line. Anytime I address it I’m told that there is nothing they can do that’s how it comes but if I went to the other Starbucks up the road it’s not the same service. Highly disappointed. Why spend $9 on drink just for it to be quarter of it to be gone.
