Starbucks on PCB Parkway—AY OH! Is this a coffee shop or a prank show?!

I wait five minutes in the drive-thru. Fine. I get to the speaker, order ONE sandwich—the tomato mozzarella—and the girl goes, “Huh? What?”
She’s clearly Eastern European—cool, whatever—but maybe don’t put her on drive-thru duty if she thinks “tomato” is code for nuclear launch.

We pull up, she tosses the bag at us like we’re raccoons diggin’ through trash. No napkins, no smile, no human interaction. And then she hits us with a dirty look for not tipping.
Tipping?! For what—confusion and cold bread with attitude?!

Now let’s talk about that so-called sandwich.
Looked like a pool noodle with one sad slice of cheese and some tomatoes that died in 2006. Pesto? A suggestion. Maybe a memory.
And the other half? Just dry focaccia. Not a bite of filling.
I took one bite and almost called my lawyer.

Even if I was starving to death, I’d be better off chewing tree bark and praying for rain.

This ain’t lunch—it’s a cry for help with a side of attitude.

Emily was super nice to us. We were a little piece of work family, but they've handled us so well; everything was sooooo good.

The employees need training 😑

First I was told they don't do trenta cold brews, which they do. I have been drinking them for years.

They claimed I couldn't scan my app for stars because they aren't a corporate store..

Finally I got my drinks which were supposed the have extra sweet cream and definitely did not.

I will say the female manager was super nice and gave me a small cup of sweet cream with a smile on her face when I asked for more.

This has become my favorite starbucks around here. Not only is the manager friendly but you see her working hard right with her team.
My drinks are always perfect and quick. Thank you Jessica and team.

I'm embarrassed for Starbucks and I'm upset.
I went to this Starbucks with a friend she ordered the mango dragon fruit with lemonade no ice and an egg pesto and mozzarella, they took the order. I then ordered the mango dragon fruit with the bacon egg and Gouda, they didn't have it annoyed I said okay scratch that just get me the drink, 5 minutes later they told my friend they didn't have the sandwich and they only had one sandwich in stalk which was the sausage cheddar and egg so she ordered that. I then waited 8 minutes for my drink. They had two workers mopping the floor it was 4:30 therefore it was not near closing time. I asked them what happened to my order and they told me they didn't have enough lemonade. I told them to give me a refund and that I was writing a bad review on this Starbucks, they then told me they would make more lemonade. I got my drink 2 minutes later I'm angry and unsatisfied.

Roughly 6 months ago I came to the Starbucks in Busy Bee (not my normal Starbucks) and ordered ahead of time to cut some of the wait down. This happened both times I have went there and I won’t be going again. Both times no one was in the drive thru in front or behind me. Both times I waited for someone to answer and after a few minutes someone does. Both times I drive up and wait for a little bit. I am very understanding when it comes to working with the public people get busy, thing happening etc but there wasn’t anything happening in the Starbucks lobby and both times I can see my drink just sitting there waiting. I had to honk my horn to get their attention. They came from around the corner and looked at me and went to get my drink. One girl talked to a guy and the guy gave it to me. I go to the other locations and they are great. I work in customer service myself so I wasn’t going to be rude or anything. I would have been okay with just an apology but they didn’t even give me one. I took a picture of my drink to send to my boyfriend cause I was betting him this is my drink as I was waiting for it to be given to me and I was correct. Go to the Starbucks down in pier park by McDonald’s they are the best!

Jessica is a doll and makes me feel welcomed every time I come in. Love this Starbucks so much!

I’ve never seen baristas as slow as these. They look very confused. The shots taste like they were not poured correctly.

This was the only Starbucks open on hurricane Day in Bay county. They were completely overwhelmed. Not the normal store crew. No smiles.

I went in there today. It was slightly busy and the whole crew was slow the girl who took my order and couldn’t find anything and took 5 to 6 minutes to just take my order of three items after they took my order this girl paid $35 for her meal and was refused a refund when told That it’s going to be an extra 15 minutes for her to get her food by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks

30 minutes in the drive thru with only 6 cars is ridiculous

Came in this morning knowing what I wanted but not what it’s called. Jessica stepped up and knew exactly what I wanted! Thanks girl!

Macy (?) misunderstood our question prior to ordering as well as at the window, and refused to honor what she said. There were only 2 of us and we literally only ordered 2 drinks. Ridiculously poor service. We are visiting from out of town but will not use this location again on future visits
