I had a very disappointing experience on December 11, 2025, at approximately 8:30 PM. The Jamaican employee on duty spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, telling us to make a decision or “just call it a day.” Her attitude and approach lacked courtesy and proper customer service. I plan to follow up with corporate regarding this incident.

I absolutely love this subway! Everytime I go in it is so clean and the service is friendly. Sandwiches are always clean cut, carefully made and not messy.

Came in there at 7:30pm on 9/24/25 for a pickup and she was mad that the pickup was an order with a lot of items. Also told me that people that place online are jerks and messed up on my kids food didn’t give me any of the milks or anything for the kid meals. Didn’t feel like dealing with it so I left after getting what I got. Messed up and made me want to get food from somewhere else

I’ve given this Subway location multiple chances, and every time it’s the same disappointing experience. The woman who works there has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She never greets you, doesn’t smile, doesn’t say “thank you” or “have a nice day,” and half the time she’s looking off somewhere else while you’re talking to her. It feels like you’re bothering her just by ordering a sandwich.
Another customer I overheard had the exact same complaint — she comes across as cold, unfriendly, and completely uninterested in her job. It makes the whole interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
On top of the poor service, the food quality has gone downhill. The bread was so tough it was literally like jerky, which completely ruined the sandwich. For a place that advertises “fresh,” that’s the last word I’d use to describe it.
Overall, between the rude service and the bad food, I would not recommend this Subway. There are plenty of other places that actually appreciate their customers and serve better quality food.

Employee grabbed my sandwhich and air balled it into the garbage when I said they didn’t make it right! And it was amazing! 10/10 would recommend I will be back!

The lady working isn't very personable no smiling no have a nice day only asking questions and looking away when you talk to her. Very strange interaction BREAD WAS TOUGH LIKE JERKY!

Me and my fiance went in with our kid today and the lady that was working their was very disrespectful I said 3 sandwiches and I forgot one so I said I mean 4 2 othe people came in and sat down and she said I have other people you need to make up ur mind she hadn't even started making the sandwich yet just got the bread out. Then I proceeded to ask my kid what they want on their sandwich she said you need to hurry. Don't recommend if you want to have you kid chose how they want their sandwich or want a decent customer service.

Order in person for quality assurance. I eat out for lunch about once a month unless traveling . Otherwise, I make my lunch. Today I ordered from the Subway using the online order a head tool. The coupon was $6.99 for any sub. I ordered a veggie sub without any condiments such as sauces or dressing and no meat even though I could have a received any sub for $6.99. I specifically ask for more lettuce, more cucumbers and more black olives. I asked for less onions. My sub barely had any lettuce and it looks like that lettuce was suffering from freezer burn and an enormous amount of onions. It was disappointing especially since it was my treat plus a waste of calories and carbs with it not meeting Subway's standard provided by the one at Michigan and 23rd on the Panama City side . So I would say cross the bridge and go to the one that I just mentioned.

I asked for all veggies but they forgot spinach. The chicken was about on par with any other Subway location; which is to say it was just "okay."
There was only one other customer when I was there so my order was painless and quick, which was great because I was on the clock.
Would probably recommend.
Vegetarian options: The veggie delight is the only vegetarian option "as is" but obviously you can order anything and they will leave out the meat at your request.
