They never can follow simple instructions or what's in the app. They just do whatever they want on your sub. Also everytime the employees are always rude. They dont care about their job at all or the customers. Will not be back!

This sandwich is the most pathetic subway sandwich I have ever had. It is the cheap turkey you can buy from Walmart for $1.50 there’s barely any turkey on it. There’s barely any toppings when I asked for extra of every topping. It’s pathetic never again while I go to the subway. Other sandwiches that were ordered weren’t fixed correctly either but at least they have some toppings and meat and don’t just taste bread and ranch.

I called in and was hung up on. When I called back to ask a simple question, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me again. I would never recommend eating somewhere with staff that behaves this way.

This is what you are going to expect a a stereotypical subway wonderful service need food and an atmosphere that it’s just stereotypical three stars go here if you like Subway don’t go here if you don’t.

food was good but the service was horrible. she was on her phone before we walked in which is completely okay because no one else was in there but you could tell the worker was annoyed having to put her phone down to make our food when we came in. I asked for a side of sauce and she gave me 1 but i wanted 2 and when i asked her for another one she looked like she wanted to rip my head off. horrible staff

The employees are awful and lazy. Learn to check on your staff, the employees at this location do not work. Always out of stuff or lie so they don't have to make sandwiches.

Worst subway… they never get the orders correctly. Either they forget an ingredient or forget to toast the bread.
Also the not greatest customer service.
The bread also has a stale taste to it.

Absolutely terrible. Everything from the vegetables to the cookies was old and stale. The person working was on her phone the whole time and clearly couldn’t care less. To make it worse, $45 for two meals is outrageous for what we got. Don’t waste your money.

My wife and i are locals and normally ate at this location at least two to three times a week every month. The ladies who work there have always been friendly, helpful and prepared the sandwiches to perfection. The reason i am giving a one star is because they do not honor coupons or any online promotions on the Subway App. Prices have went thru the roof ( not fault of theirs ) and you would think if a customer had a coupon that saved them a couple of dollars from time to time it would not be a threat to closing their doors. Also, this Subway is managed by the same folks as is the location on Thomas Drive and Panama City Beach Pkwy ( all of which will not honor the app or coupons) We truly have missed eating there but we have chosen to take our business elsewhere because of the obvious greed shown by management.

Service was extremely disappointing! From not being greeted at all upon entering the restaurant. The employee had videos playing on her phone. She was taking care of another order which is absolutely ok. Then some personal friends/family entered the restaurant and she sure paid attention to them. She looked very disinterested in taking our orders. She fixed the sandwiches very sloppy to where some of the toppings all fell out on the side which made our sandwiches soggy by the time we got back to our hotel which was 5 min down the street. She seemed annoyed having to fix 4 large sandwiches. She did say you are welcome after we thanked her after handing over our meal. I know this is considered fast food but DO BETTER!
