After an evening of playing the what do you want to eat game with my husband, I found this gem of a food truck; T&J's Catering Service on Thomas Drive, serving Jamaican fare. T&J is across the street from Wendy's at the intersection of Thomas Dr and Joan Ave. Plenty of menu options, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We decided on the jerk chicken meal, pineapple wings, and the gentleman suggested the shrimp tacos (excellent suggestion). The jerk chicken came with rice and beans and a side of jerk sauce. I sampled everything and it was all very good! Would definitely go back. They are new, one of the owners said they've been there about a month and a half. Great portions, excellent customer service, good pricing. All of this for around 50 dollars, not including tip. Keep in mind this is a food truck so seating may not be available, there was a picnic table we sat at, but great place to grab a to-go order for lunch, dinner, or a beach day.

Definitely recommend! I ordered the jerk chicken tacos. They were so good. Fresh chicken nicely seasoned and juicy with a good portion in each taco. All ingredients were fresh and crisp. The sauces were nicely balanced with the meal. All toppings appear to be house made and delicious. I’m looking forward to trying the wings in the future.

This place is so good!!! We got the j*** chicken and it came with slaw and red beans and rice and it was amazing. The chicken falls off the bone and their gravy was the perfect touch. The rice and beans were great. Price was good and they gave a very big portion. Everyone should be supporting this small business!

I always come to PCB for vacation, and I stay at the Summit condos. I happened to walk by and see the food trailer/truck. I had never seen them before, so I thought I'd give them a try and eat something new. I ordered the J*** Chicken meal with a side of plantains, Shrimp Creamy Penne Pasta, with a toasted baguette, and a house salad with grilled chicken. I walked by over to my condo and realized that the salad didn't have any of the chicken. I gave them a quick call just to let them know, and the lady that answered the phone apologized and said she would call me back in a few minutes. When she did, the man who prepared my salad that forgot the chicken walked over with freshed cooked chicken and met me at the front of my condo entrance. That in itself was amazing. Definitely above and beyond high-quality service. He apologized as well. All of the food tasted great. I would recommend everyone give them your business. Their prices compared to other restaurants are very reasonable, and their food portion sizes were much bigger than some of these restaurants here.
