I came with a Free taco ticket and gave a beef one, told them to exchange them and they told me that had to pay extra. Then after that one of the team members came back with the chicken taco. Personally was disappointed, but I understand these places are over loaded with worked not enough employees and underpaid that what happens to me on my job. No customer service in any Taco Bell, went to the one in Port St. Joe Florida same thing, people under work and under paid. People come on pay your freaking employees and give them hours.

Refusing to take a customers order is the epitome of bad service. If I do not want to use a touchscreen to place my own order and you have a register behind the counter I should not be required to use it.

We go to this Taco Bell atleast 3-5 times a week never had a problem. Order 4 nacho fries and all of them come out whiter than me this time. Called to talk to manager who made the order and was told she can “show me a picture of the sales guide if I need to see” CLOWN

Fries was cold. There was no steak on the tacos and u put extra cream choice but they put just a full off tea spoon. I don’t know how are you guys hiring people.

Why all locations have a window for pickups but this location don’t?? Y’all should make a window for pickups so ppl they will not have to go to drive thru and wait one hour to get there food, that’s why they order thru mobile so they will not wait 1hour

This taco bell is on fire 🔥 I don’t know the man running that window but he’s got Jesus in his soul and taco bell making no mistakes just fresh hot perfection! 🌮 keep it up!

Staff insists I use kiosk to order food. I was already mad when the pile of junk didn’t believe I was touching it. Took 7 minutes to just get the buttons to work, and it took at least this far into the review to get my food.

Piles of filth under the counter and sauce table as though not a single staff member can operate a mop. Sticky and littered. Fingerprints on every window.

Cold food. Runny beans. Never using a kiosk again. My hands were disgusting and now so is that thing.
