Paid $39 worth of food at the kiosk. Kiosk only allowed me to email or text a receipt, so I emailed. Waited for about 20 minutes while others were receiving their food, even though we ordered before them. Went up to the counter to see if our food was being prepared and the manager, Wes, said he did not see our order on his end. I showed him my bank charged me for the order but he would not make the food. He repeatedly told me that he couldn't make my food if it wasn't in his system. He blamed it on a possible glitch. I never received my email receipt as well. He told me the charge will probably not go through and if it does, to call him. We called customer service and they could only offer a $10 coupon for our inconvenience. Beware of this Taco Bell, they literally steal your money. He could have just made our food, this is pathetic.

This last visit tonight was honestly terrible for the fact i hold this location in such high regard. i love most of the staff and they always give fast, friendly, and complete service, but tonight was very different. Kelly S. was overall rude took my order with so much sass, and i get it they were busy but no need to be so damn rude.. what ever fine, i get to the window and i pay and get handed my order. Some of my food was missing, what ever no big deal i tell Kelly and she doesn’t believe me and takes the bag back. Fine WHAT EVER she fixes the mistake and hands the food back and shuts the window. FINE what ever!! i get home and am immediately disappointed. i not only got the wrong burrito, not only got regular tacos when charged for supreme, NOT ONLY HAD MY TACO SHELLS BROKEN DUE TO HER CRUMPING MY QUESADILLA AND THROWING IT IN THE BAG, But ALSO they did not even bother to cut the damn thing. honestly so many things were wrong and messed up. for the fact i waited TWENTY MINUTES for 4 cars to get their orders id expect them to at least get the damn food correct. Whomever was working tonight (Jan 30, 2025) at around 5pm are extremely untrained and obviously should NOT be working in customer service.

My girlfriend and I went to this Taco Bell at 9:40am on January 19th and it was dead slow. Not busy whatsoever and no one behind us in the drive-thru. I order a breakfast crunch wrap, that’s fine. Then I ask what’s on the breakfast quesadilla. The boy adds it to the order and begins to say “your total is…” then stops, so I make sure he knows I meant I just wanted to know what’s on it. “I know that but I have to put it in to see!” he said. “Oh ok thanks!” I responded. Silence. “Is that all?” he asked. I had to ask again what was on the breakfast quesadilla and he was the most rude Taco Bell worker I’ve ever interacted with! He was so sassy when he finally told me. Sorry I asked dude! 😂 So we just left and went somewhere else, because the impatience and lack of common sense this boy working had was WILD.

Probably the worst fast food place I've ever visited. Since when did taco bell decide to take the cashier position and give it to a kiosk? It's a shame because I'll never visit another taco bell as long as I have to deal with placing my own order in this manner. I wasn't trained to do this job and finding the combo i want is like closing your eyes and finding Waldo. Thanks for your service

Forgets to include half out order. Rude about giving us the rest of our order, still puts tomatoes on our burritos when we asked for none. Doesn’t offer to give any extra food for free or credit for messing our order up
