Taco Bell

Great food but wait time was over 30+ mins. If your in drive thru they'll move ya along or if your Uber eats. Order done in and you'll wait forever, then forgot cup and stood inside while family went back to car and eat for 22 more mins to get a cup. Decided to watch for a few hours and every done in persons waiting was over 26 mins. Not very pleasant for fast food

The goto taco bell in ohio would put this to shame they cant read order a box everything said NO SOUR CREAM and guess what EVERYTHING HAS SOUR CREAM would highly NOT RECOMMEND

The night shift worker was very rude and incompetent and made me stand in line twice for my order. They don't respect and are rude to customers here.

So me and my friend placed an online order at this taco bell at around 12 am, we don’t have a car so we walked here 30 minutes away and when we arrived the doors were open and they were cleaning in the front of the store. we asked the manager that worked their his name is Wes if he can just hand us our food that we already paid for through the door. he kept refusing and didn’t wanna walk 10 feet there and back to just give us our food unless we had a vehicle. maybe he doesn’t have common sense or something but he wouldn’t think things through i don’t know how he achieved the manager position. he was extremely unhelpful and rude. so then after that we asked some random people in a golf cart to pick it up for us which they did. we had to go through all that extra trouble just to get the food that we already paid for. the people with the golf cart picked up our food for us but then the staff inside did not let them place an order for themselves which doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. in the end Wes and the staff working on july 30th around 12:10 am made some horrible decisions which led to major inconveniences. I hope the higher up’s will look through this thoroughly and do something about it. it was extremely upsetting and useless he could’ve just gave us our food.

Terrible experience. Rude lady at the Drive-Thru and unable to place the order because I was not in a vehicle. Will not be back. First time I've ever gone to a Taco Bell and not been able to order, while the place is open.

Just horrible service, horrible attitudes, horrible everything! Don’t come here even if it’s your last resort! 🤦‍♀️

Rude as hell and just lazy, called to see what time there inside dining was closed because we’ve been drinking prior and the Taco Bell at this location was within walking distance and just got no answer and hung up on and left on hold, ( this was at 10pm.)not hard to tell us a simple time, do better 🌝🌸☀️🌚

I waited for my online order please note online order more than 30 minutes and I did not get it in front of my nose they closed the door I had to go to the window where there were already 10 cars I waited in the restaurant for more than 30 minutes I do not advise anyone to go here in the evening choose any other fast food but not this!!!!. I don't understand why so many people work there.
