I can't imagine how low your standards must be to rate this place higher than 1 star. Poor management top to bottom. How does a taco bell not have sour cream, and the specific sauce packets that go with their most advertised new item? Why can I spend money on food I don't actually get only to be told they can't do anything or offer any refund?

This is one of those reviews it deserves less than one star. Place an order online got to the store and they said that several of our items they could not fulfill. Also they could not refund those items so he gave me a phone number to call. Which I did and it was closed and couldn't give the refund. So I asked to speak to the district manager to fix it and was told that the district manager was at a ball game with their child and could not help. This is the most unprofessional fast food restaurant I have ever seen in my life. Which isn't saying much considering how low the bar already is.

Super friendly employees and food was made for the kids without the spicy sauce so all turned out perfect. There wasn't a huge line to wait through the drive-through. If you aren't familiar with this particular Taco Bell then when attempting to turn into the place it is very tricky. You can't enter from the back side of the building. If you are entering from the front but take the wrong turn you have to drive around to get back into the traffic to try again. There is a huge parking lot behind the building to turn around in though . The issue is tough when re-starting due to season and bumper-to-bumper traffic.. other than that no issues here. Good customer service and small talk made the fast service a happy one

Not everyone wants to use the damn kiosk...why can't someone just wait on you at the counter... particularly when there are 3 morbidly obese workers just standing there.
You would think since you place the order electronically, even inside, that the food would be made as ordered, but my order was missing the meat!
