The staff is rude the did not even pass the food to drive through window it was cold outside the lady asked me to come through the door and pick up.

How hard is it to do your job right that you get paid for….. while your running your mouths In the kitchen complaining about your only getting minimum wage at Taco Bell I just got off from working all day for minimum wage the only thing I had to look forward to is a hot meal that I paid for with my hard earned money and not only did you give me some old food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp probably for hours because all of you are too lazy to fry me some fresh potatoes you let my food sit on your cold counter and didn’t even bother to call my name to let me know the food was ready….if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on other people go get another job you have no excuses to treat customers with that kind of disrespect….some of us don’t have family that pay for our rent, car payment, insurance, cellphone bill or some fresh hot food.

Online order was super simple, everything was ready well before my set time, the staff was incredible and even helped me with taking my order to the car.

Workers almost seem like there moving slow on purpose theres 11 orders in front of me and there is not one person on here I have seen move with any kinda fire knowing there that far behind wont eat here again

The food is hardly correct. At least one item is Always wrong. If not the food is cold. Never happy with the delivery

They looked at me crazy as I stood waiting to order. I noticed people sitting around waiting for food and more coming in to order on the screens. Nobody said hello or directed me to the screens but I followed suit and ordered there and sat and waited too. Food order was wrong. They didn’t give us our cups. I had to ask 3 times for cups and they gave us one cup first. Then checked the receipt for the other 2. This was 3:30lm. There was a homeless guy with his bag and talking to himself and laughing loudly behind us. The music was extremely loud. The people who came and went seemed like transients. Weird place and crap service. Won’t stop here again.

Horrible customer service! Gentleman taking the order didn’t give us any napkins, straw nor hot sauce nor offered any. He didn’t look like he wanted to be there. The name on the receipt says April as the cashier but I don’t think that’s his name. If he doesn’t like his job then he should find something else to work in. Customer service ain’t it!

Beware New Management is Cutting Cost $$$$$ by Shorting Customers Food. My Taco was Half Full and My Chips and Cheese Cup was About 1/3

Very bad service, the cashier was very unpleasant, the soda station was dirty and they didn't have lids for the cups.

Food was great but the front desk service was AWFUL!! The lady standing at the register wouldn’t help us or the elder couple. She IGNORED me when I was standing there with my food and walked by me 4 times without acknowledging me and the co-worker behind her was motioning that I was standing there. They did not give us our cups with our order - we had to stand there to wait for them to pay attention to us and then ask for our cups even though they were on the order.
