First and foremost, the food was amazing! The portions are generous, and the owner was super friendly and a joy to talk to. We ordered the chicken Hibachi, and let me tell you, this was some of the best I’ve had. The Chicken was so tender and glazed with a teriyaki type sauce. The vegetables (broccoli, zucchini and carrots) were al dente and had that great grilled flavor that complemented the chicken. The rice was perfectly cooked. The eggroll was super crispy, it was as big as a small burrito! The owner has over 25 years of Hibachi experience, so he knows what he’s doing. We will definitely be back here next year for our fall break. Check these guys out if you’re staying or passing through Mexico Beach!

I only had the coconut shrimp but it was cooked to order and absolutely delicious. The sweet dipping sauce was just spicy enough for a kick. Would definitely love to try their other food on my next visit.

The hibachi here is fantastic! The vegetables were cooked perfectly—tender with just the right amount of crunch—and the rice was spot on. You can tell they use a rice cooker because each grain was fluffy and evenly cooked. I also had a piece of snapper, and it was prepared flawlessly—moist, flavorful, and perfectly seared. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

We waited over an hour for our food! Yes, it was busy, but they told us 30-40min wait. We agreed to that. But it was over an hour and a half!! And I'm pretty sure they served other guests who ordered after us. The food was decent, but not worth that long of a wait. Won't be coming back.
We are here on vacation and I can’t tell you how amazing the food and the staff are. Try the Steak and Shrimp combo. It’s amazing.

This is a food truck court. And surprisingly good food! Some of us had Hibachi (AKA Chinese), some had the tacos, it was all good. Took a while (like 30-40 minutes), clearly made to order (which is good!). And you get LOTS of food, I was eating it for three days. If you need a good, close, quick, casual place, this is it.
