I got the cookie dough delicious and I had found not ONE but TWO different hairs in my ice cream.
Other than that it was very nice!

We ordered two milkshakes, came to $40. When we initially walked in, we were informed (in an extremely rude tone) that they only give 2 tastes per person. Then, we continued receiving the snarkiest attitude from the sales associate. There were no other customers in the store, when I asked her to speak to her manager she claimed she was the manager and she was in a bad mood because of her period. As a woman I’m offended that was her excuse. Even with cramps, you need to be at least professional.

We tried The Yard Milkshake Bar while on vacation in PCB and were hooked! The ice cream is every kids fantasy and we had great customer service. We enjoyed it so much that we went every single night while on vacation!

Cookie dough ice cream and cookie dough topper was really good. Lines were long, order at register then they bring it to you.

Smells like heaven. Lots of yummy ice cream flavors and beautiful chocolates!

The milkshakes were great, and I’ll start with that. It felt as though I was an annoyance to the clerks than happy I was there, and if I’m going to drop $20 for a milkshake I expect a little higher on the service side of things. The restaurant itself seemed like it needed some TLC as well.

We always come to the Yard, such a fun and yummy tradition! Plan to wait in line for the super cool creations and treats and ice cream…miniature works of art! My daughter said it was the best ice cream ever! I appreciate it. They had a gluten-free menu! The jars are big and hard to save for later, so we enjoyed that they had the mini creations in the cups!

The yard is a great experience. Great ice cream! Lots of parking all around the mall like area. Good service. Plenty of seating. Grassy areas for your dogs to walk if you need that. And there are lots of other shops around the area. Definitely check it out.

We love the yard and have been here several times! But this time….. everything appeared very dirty. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms! They were out of literally every kind of ice cream except like 4 flavors. My kids had to go to the bathroom, bathroom was out of toilet paper. I went to ask for some and they told me sorry we are out just take some napkins. My honest opinion of this place, they need to close down and revamp the whole place and get a truck delivery in and then reopen. Totally disappoints and a waste of $80!

Was an awesome ice cream place we had the Christmas tree cake bowl it was amazing would totally come back to try something else
