We used to love coming here, even with the long waits. When we showed up and there was NO line and NOBODY inside during a busy time of day on spring break, it should have been a sign. We used to wait in loooooong lines that wrapped through the place for shakes. We got 4 milkshakes and it cost us around $82 which was laughable because they didn't taste any better than a Wendy's Frosty, and they have significantly reduced the toppings they put on their shakes compared to years ago. $18+ for a chocolate shake with 2 Reese's cups on top? Nah. We will stick to Gulf Coast Burger shakes or Marble Slab I guess.

I went there with my family after dinner last night.The milkshake was good but cashier was not fully trained she had no idea about the ice creams. Wait time was long but thay had workers communicating to us which was good. Management also need to be more responsible with workers ,cashier was yelling at other worker infront the customers but overall it was a good experience

Took the kids here, late at night. Seemed like a really neat experience. The ice cream was good. Very overpriced. Extremely long wait to order and long wait to get the order. We arrived at 10 til closing and didn’t get our ice cream until 45 min after arriving. But that wasn’t all. The employees literally got into an argument, twice, in front of the customers! It was totally unprofessional. Cussing, telling each other to shut up. Another employee kept saying hey, we have customers you can’t act like this. For what the customers dealt with; and the long wait times; we should have gotten a refund and a free jar to keep!

Waited in line 20 min to be told by the incredibly RUDE female cashier that it would be an additional hour wait if we ordered anything.no explanation other than a mouthy attitude. There were three employees behind the counter and none of them were making a thing but had time to be on their phones. The store was a disaster and overall filthy and sticky. Approximately 15 people left after us…Disappointing and shameful the franchise owners should be embarrassed. Giving 1 star because zero wasn’t an option.

The rudest employees ever! We walked in the store around 8:20, store closes at 9:00. Three different employees asked us after about 10 minutes if we had just walked in and that there was at least a 40 minute wait. Another employee came and told us they were almost out of milk. I mean, do they want business? It wasn’t even that crowded. There was a time we would wait over an hour to have their shakes and now they don’t want the business. We will never go back. Especially when there is another place right around the corner serving the same things now. Good luck keeping your doors open with this type of service.

The ice cream bowls are overpriced for what you get. The cookies and cream was good but it's just a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whip cream, and a stale cookie for $14. Nothing sp The workers were on their phones and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
