27 years of the same great donuts, and possibly the Worlds Best Apple Fritters(get there early, they sell out fast)ESPECIALLY when you get the 6 a.m. hot ones??!!!That being said, the staff was the only reason I couldn't give 5 stars. They are not ,by no means, the same pleasant staff I've had the pleasure of experiencing for many years (They definitely are not LOCALS?). They looked miserable and unfriendly. Not one smile from anyone. Like the same nonlocal staff ? at Walmart, Anywhere, USA....

It hits all the right notes. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I love that they have so many protein options. Tasty donuts for a sweet treat. I haven't tried the lunch items.Parking: Sandy lot not great for motorcycles

I really enjoy Thomas' food & the atmosphere, but what I don't enjoy is how the staff are. They never have smiling faces, they don't make you feel welcome, it's just not personable anymore. Thomas' is one of the very few mom and pop places that PCB offers so its disappointing when you go there and the staff act like you're an inconvenience. I wish managers were more present at the counter helping rather than leaving the staff to handle it on their own. If there's a significantly long line, why not open that other register you have placed inside of the eating area on the donut side? Why don't you combine the Pizza counter to also be a counter for people to order lunch food from? That would help with the line as well.Overall giving Thomas' a 4-star.Parking: Not a lot of parking space. Their parking lot is tore up as well but theres a beach access across the street you can park at.

Best donut I’ve ever had in my life! Chick at front counter was not pleasant and drinks were not posted anywhere on menu…my only complaints. If ever in Panama…will return!
