Although the food was excellent the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. This place gave off a college yuppy atmosphere. People stared at my S.N. daughter including waiters which made us very irrate. Waiter chose other tables over us took forever to order. Food was excellent but we were very uncomfortable we rushed to eat our dinner so we could leave. There will be no next time or references

Outstanding oysters in Pier Park PBC. Fast service on Monday Nite. On Friday Buy a beer for $5 and get a free shrimp boil. We bought 5 beers and got 5 boils FREE! Ambiance a little LOUD!!!!

Always enjoy the happy hour bucket and nachos along with the live entertainment. Don't remember a bathroom attendant last time there but after the initial shock it was kind of nostalgic. Service a little slow but these days it is almost expected. overall good time. will be back next

We used to love this place but now it's so loud and crowded you can't dance or get a drink. The waitresses were so rude and in the tiny bathroom there was an attendant wanting a tip to show you to a stall right in front of you. All she did was hinder you from going potty and wash your hands. No room to turn around because she was set up. Probably won't go back.. disappointing.Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid or handicapped friendly

Had a nice time for my 1st time there.. My aunts chicken tenders were old hard and Salty. We had oysters which were pretty good and the Korean wings were the best.
Tootsie's was lit 11/10/23. Nice vibes, live music, good drinks, and superb atmosphere. It was really packed but the bartenders did a great job (although the one with the lip job kinda ignored us once we got there but I didnt let her kill my vibe). The security up front was trill too. I'd definitely recommend. Oh and Go Dawgs lol.

We love Tootsies for great live music! If you are in Panama City Beach you will want to stop in here and give it a listen. We didn't eat so can not give a review on the food but the atmosphere and music are 5 stars!

The only staff member I like is Timmy. He was very professional, welcoming, appropriate, nice and friendly. Last time I enjoyed the experience , there were no problems. Today, I had issues with the other two or three of your employees, one or two guests I don't know were all unfriendly, unwelcoming, unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. Two of them said inappropriate things to me. I did not enjoy it this time. I left before the two non customers did. I'm not coming back for the rest of the week.

We were waiting patiently at the bar to close our tab so we could go and one of the bartenders looked at us and cut us off even though we only had a two drinks and were not asking for more (standing there just talking with each other while we were waiting). We did not argue with them (we were already trying to leave), just asked politely for our card back so we could go and they refused to give us our card back unless we were outside off the property. I’m not sure if they had us confused with someone else or not but the staff would not even speak to us when we asked for our card to leave. They also added more than $50 after we signed our receipt. Our bill was originally less than $40
