This was the most well organized Waffle House I've ever been to. We went on a holiday weekend so it was very busy. We were amazed at how fast and organized they still were at sitting down people and getting the food out. The food was delicious, and our server was great. I'm definitely coming back to this one.

If you live in Panama City Beach or vacation here, you have probably needed to eat something after bar hopping. Take an Uber and go sober up at Waffle House!

Food was good and fast.
Service seemed a bit pushy to order / almost as if they wanted to get table completed
Refills never came.
Allow people to take their time to order etc this is how you maximize the customers spending ratio.

I did not want to get there but since we had ordered the food my husband went ahead on and a kiss I did not eat mine because of the fact I saw the guy that was cooking the food cleaning and used the same rag to wipe the plates off and stuff with that rag that is so unsanitary so I did not eat my food but we paid for $22 and I mean $21 21 cent

Worst service I've ever had. Our waitress did not have a clue what she was doing. None of our plates had the right sides (grits instead of hashbrowns) 2 of our plates had reg toast instead of the raisin toast we ordered and one plate was missing bacon. We ask for it to be fixed when she brought our food....she said ok I will be right back and never returned to fix any of it. I had to flag her down to actually get the bacon that we ordered to begin with. Couldn't get our order right but dang sure charged us for everything plus extra bacon. I'm not sure if she was just released from training or what but if that's the case she should've had someone helping her. That whole dine in experience was ridiculous 🙄 I was a waitress at one time and I can assure you...this is NOT how it's done!!!!

Waffle House in PCB: ate at 2 locations during a 5-day vacation. Both places were excellent: clean, short wait time, great food and wonderful service.

Mark is an excellent chef! Cooked really fast and it was perfect 10/10. Had excellent service too from a sweet lady. Waffle House is the greatest place on Earth.
