As an avid Waffle House diner, this was by far one of the best teams I’ve seen. Everyone was extremely friendly, and even though it was packed, we received our food and drinks quickly.
Katheryn was so welcoming and kind, and she was doing a great job training Sadie. She’s clearly a great asset to the team. The cherry on top was Mama Liz. She put the biggest smile on my face when she brought out a smiley-face waffle! It genuinely made my day. Small gestures like that truly create the best guest experiences.
Just a bit of feedback for Bo: You were very friendly and engaged in the operation. You seem to be doing an amazing job overall, but I’d recommend avoiding correcting team members on the floor. It can make guests feel a bit uncomfortable, especially when it involves something that enhances the experience (like the smiley-face waffle). Overall, you’re doing a great job, just somethingto keep in mind!

The location in PCB Fl is very good!! It is on hwy 98 close to hwy 79. The staff are amazing!! The food is fresh and hot every time!!
