I’ve tried giving this Wendy’s chance after chance but I’m officially done. It always takes forever to get your food, even when there’s barely anyone in line. Of course it’s mediocre fast food, but here it’s just greasy slop, and that’s if they even get your order right. On my last visit, I ordered a burger with no cheese and it came smothered in cheese anyway. The fries were barely filled, overly salty, and tasted like they’d been sitting around for hours. The bathroom is disturbing.. filthy, smelly, and clearly not cleaned regularly. The staff always seem miserable and at each other’s throats. In the drive thru, I could actually hear one girl talking trash about their own cashier through the headset. It’s unprofessional, uncomfortable, and not worth another penny. I won’t be back.

ThisWendys is the worst one ever. I live one block from there. Every time I go I swear I'll never go back. Six months later I try again. They literally take one order at a time in the drive through. They won't take your order until the car infront of you has got their order. They are all rude that work there. It's awful. I absolutely hate Wendy's because of this location. The manager is rude and unprofessional also.

Absolutely ridiculous to have 0 cars in the parking lot, fully functioning headphones and staff, and tell customers that the drive thru is closed THROUGH the drive thru speaker. It’s obvious the drive thru was working and employees simply don’t want to do their jobs.

i usually don’t leave reviews like this at all but this is absolutely the worst wendy’s i have ever been to in my entire life. everything is so dirty and the service is god awful. waited at the counter for like 10 minutes and didn’t even get a hello or anything whenever somebody finally came to ring us up. and then when we got our order we realized she had rung it up wrongly.

This Wendy’s would be amazing if they just shut it down and changed ownership. They do not care about the quality of food or timeliness. I always give it a shot every ~6 months because I love Wendy’s but this one is consistent 15-up to 30 minute drive through times and sometimes after all that you get soggy food.

Dining room was a wreck. Men's room was out of order. No lettuce. Staff was fighting amongst themselves.
Don't go. We went at a slow time- 730pm. The dinning room was so messy. Tables sticky. Piles of food on the floorm. Food was only ok- stale. No chocolate frosties available. Half of the pop flavors were out. No sauces out. Womens bathroom had poop and toilet paper all over the place. Really hope I don't get sick. I never write reviews. But the longer I stayed, the more I saw.

To start off, we had to wait almost 15 minutes just for the lady to take our order—and there wasn’t even anyone in line. We were just sitting there, staring at the speaker like fools.
When we finally ordered, we got the family-sized chili that’s supposed to feed 4 to 6 people. Here’s the thing: they only gave us three large cups of chili—and that’s the same price as just buying four individual large chilis. If that’s not a marketing scam, I don’t know what is.
Also, why is there only a few cents’ difference between a large and a small drink? That just feels like a ripoff.
Bottom line: they need to fix something. You can’t advertise something feeds up to six people and only give out three cups. At the very least, give six cups—one per person. I could’ve easily eaten all three myself, and I’m just one person. If that ain’t some BS, I don’t know what is. This is just tragic.
