My family was on vacation when we stopped by this location there isn't a Whataburger in our town and have never tried them before so we were excited. Subpar to say the least. The cashier rung is up wrong even after verifying the order. The food was not great the chicken and fries were stale the grill cheese my son got was dry and on top of all this there was water leaking from the roof when we sat down to eat we didn't realize until after we got our meal. Employees playing on their phones a lot of them looked disheveled and unprofessional.

Depends what time of the day you go. Breakfast, lunch,early evening you should have the above par experience whataburger is known for. Once the night shift comes on it's downhill from there. The slope of the hill and how far down the bottom is can vary, but generally the amount of business determines that train wreck. I do doordash deliveries sometimes late into the early morning and I have watch the ship sink and it isn't pretty. Everything closes in Panama City Beach around 11:00-12. And they just get annihilated cuz it's only them and Taco Bell open which is also going to be a nightmare in itself as well. It's not the workers fault it's just so many people come in because there's nowhere else to go I have seen the store completely full to the point where there's like no standing room almost drive-thru just wrapped around the block every parking space taken along with the other businesses around them filling up as well it's insane. and don't order delivery it'll take 3 hours. This is all I like after10-11pm... stay away! Before then it's great lol, cheers!! Hope this helps

We arrived at 6AM and were greeted by Tamara with such a good energy, that I would care about the food if it was bad, it was not tho. We liked everything, but Tamara the best. Wishing her all the good things.

Usually have 0 issues here . If a manager doesn’t reach out this is going straight to corporate. Left the drive thru at 12:45 am . Young man who was very condescending in the drive thru with short dreads was disgusting . Many slick remarks , handed me my change and without changing his gloves dissected my burger in the drive thru window because he sent the wrong burger out . My burger didn’t have any mayo and had lettuce which didn’t ask for lettuce . We tried explaining to him what was wrong but he was hands deep in my sandwhich , he came back a minute later with the photo below , they dipped the burger into mayo and sent it back and he laughed about it . Asked for straws a SECOND time , and he said it’s in your bag . As I sit with the bag upside down showing no straws . Why do we have to beg for straws . Both burgers very cold , guy in drive thru needs to go , has no business working in hospitality . So disgusted by this experience . Should’ve got his name but if a manger doesn’t know who we are talking about , young black male , high pitch voice , and short dreads . Order was 12:35am order number was 555262 … check your cameras because a Hand was in my sandwhich. Need a photo of the managers serv safe because why is he allowing hands all in the burger in the drive thru window . That was truly a disgusting view .

The gentleman that took our orders was hilarious and very welcoming with a smiling face . Can’t remember his name just know that he was a veteran and was polite with everyone he encountered. He recognized my shirt stated “Barbie” and spoke the words of the song lol…
