Dude asked me to leave a review food was pretty bomb got to try the oxtail, Mac salad, rice and jerk. Rice with the jerk sauce on top was really good, Mac salad was warm which I know could turn people off but I love a good warmed up Mac salad way better than cold imo. The jerk chickens flavor was really good but this is the first time I've seen the chicken bones chopped up and I kept finding bone chunks in everything which was mildly annoying. The ox was also really good so overall above average flavor, slightly dangerous chicken if youre not paying attention. Would recommend

You can taste the love. Good Food and vibes all around. I come at least once a week for my dinner and green ginger tea. Portions are always consistent

Good authentic Jamaican food. It was near closing time, but he went out o his way to make me some shrimp curry. It was DELICIOUS!!! 10/10

It was great. Usually I don’t write a whole bunch of reviews but I have to make an exception here. Not from Panama City but took the opportunity to get some “home cooking” while on vacation. Everything was great! I mistook the macaroni salad for pie but when they brought it out it looked so good I didn’t bother even changing it. Was happy they also had an assortment of Jamaican groceries as well that I can’t get in my home state so I’ll be back for more

Absolutely delicious. We ordered BBQ chicken and fried shrimp for dinner. It came with rice, a delicious cole slaw, fried plantain, and a pasta salad. Everything was amazing. The BBQ chicken was fall off the bone tender and perfectly seasoned. Guy at the counter even threw in a cup of soup for me and it was so good! I’m not sure what it was but it tasted like goat broth, which I love, and had a nice kick to it. I had wanted the goat curry but they were out, but he still gave me a small portion to try and I was delighted. It’s a very small establishment with a small grocery attached, so if you have a large party, order for takeout, as there isn’t much seating. They also tend to run out of food toward the end of service, but that’s only due to the fact that good food takes time and everyone wants it. If you want the full selection order early. This has been my favorite place by far here on vacation in PCB.

Best Jamaican food in PC

Traveled to Panama City overnight and wanted an authentic Jamaican meal/brunch. Stopped in at 9am. Asked for whatever was available and which was chicken curry w/dumplings. The chicken was flavorful and the meat fell off the bone. The entire meal was incredible! The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Spice level was also the perfect level!
I will make sure to stop back in whenever I am in Panama City and encourage you all to as well!!

Went in one night and got a curry goat plate with the baked mac and cheese and macaroni salad, the next day I got BBQ chicken, if you’re tired of the 30 same seafood restaurants this is the best cultural food in all of PCB. I wish I had a picture but I ate the entire plate within 15 minutes. The rice and beans that comes with your meal is especially addicting, you’ll need some with every bite of your food. The hot sauce they offer at the sit down tables inside even further enhance the flavor. This restaurant also features a small grocery store inside with a pretty big variety of products. The price seems steep until you see how big the plates are.
