Worst experience with Zaxby's on Hutchison Blvd on the beach I have ever had. I ordered a total of 6 cookies. Got 3. I ordered the Asian wrap and did not get any sauce that comes with it. The person running drive thru only spoke to me when I was at their speaker. When I drove up to the window he never said a word to me. When I reached for my food he was handing me I had to stretch considerably to get it and the guy was tall so no excuse.

Haven’t been in a while, screwed the order up, I remember why I stopped going

If you order through the app and select curbside pickup ,the employees ignore you ,even when they hand out food at the drive though and see your car parked in the curbside pickup, they still just ignore you until you have to approach the drive though window and collect the food that's been sitting for several mins ,Its like they refuse to walk outside ,don't really understand why they offer the curbside on the app if they don't want to bring your order to you

Not a lot of people in their speak good English but if you can get past the accent and understand what they're saying then it's not bad service

Super good. Im a baby when it comes to spiciness and the BBQ was too spicy for me but everyone else in my family enjoyed it. And they loooooved the fried pickles. Super friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean.
