Food was delicious, waiter was good, and atmosphere was good. The best restaurant I went to in Panama. If it wasn't for this place I would rate my overall experience in Panama as 3.

We ordered from the 2 meals special and I ordered the 8oz medium, it came out well done. I attempted to eat it because sending food back is a scary game to play. It tasted very old and not good at all. When our server came by to check on us I told her about it and she offered to make something else. She then returned and repossessed my plate and said she had to take it to the back.? I guess we looked like those people???I then told her that it was all good, she could keep the plate and the burger that she had put in. We then paid our full check plus 22%tip because she was amazing and kept apologizing for something she had no control over.

So I’ve been holding off to leave one of these , one because I don’t typically leave a reviews & two I keeping thinking it will get better … but it hasn’t , only worse !! So unfortunately my kids love hot wings & they want them from Applebees so tonight for example I ordered the 2 for 25 got wings & a steak w/ shrimp & parmesan & Bourbon chicken & a separate order of wings & 2 sides of fry’s . So I order it & it says it will be ready at 8:10pm & I live maybe 4 mins away so around 8:05pm I clicked the button to notify I was on my way & then when I got there I pressed the button to notify I’m sitting in the car side to go parking space . (Now keep in mind the last 3 times what I’m about to tell you has happened ) so 5 mins goes by & I see employees walking around in there but no one brings the food out to me so around 8 min mark each time I see an employee I flash my lights but no response. So long story short about 20 mins went by till I went inside to pick up my food eventhough I’m pre tipping the people to bring out my food for me … I mean that’s the service !! So I go in & there employee who I’m sure was related to Napoleon Dynamite asked what I needed , as I replied my card side to go order , & he walked around to get it sitting on a table , & he brings it back & asked me were you in the truck waiting for the food ?? Like he was confused what the job is I guess . I will also add there was only 2 parties in the restaurant & not a soul at the bar . So I get the food back home & everything is cold , the steak was like rubber & really cold , kids fry’s were cold . So just over $70 down the drain … but they still got there tip !! So I don’t expect anyone to read this looking for a review on Applebees , but I do hope the owner or upper management might read this & correct it because this is not a isolated incident by no stretch !!!

Pretty standard Applebee's, but the margaritas were the weakest I've ever had, tasted like straight mix. Probably because they are 2 for 1 so they skimp on the alcohol.

Two words!!"Aidan H!" =)He is excellent!! Cordial, personable, efficient, and accurate. He is attentive and shows he cares. It is obvious he is an asset to this location. Sherree (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) was the manager on duty and she was so kind and helpful. This was an overall AMAZING experience to have at near-midnight. I'll def be back.I will highly recommend the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad! Nom nom nom!! No photo cuz I ate it all gone. ??

Aidan was by far the best server I have ever had at Applebee's to date. He was sweet, consistent, and he stayed on top of our every need. He even entertained our wild antics for the evening. Thank you so much for a memorable night out.
