This Arby's was open fairly late. Around 10p if memory serves. It was after a concert and those roast beef sandwiches and cheese sticks really hit the spot!

We just drove off after we ordered at the drive thru all because of the woman's attitude behind the speaker, taking our order. Or better put, yelling at us like we are a huge inconvenience to her. We simply asked if they had a beef and cheddar special and she forcefully said NO! Afterwards, we continue to order and she interrupted us and was extremely rude. She was obviously having a bad day or something but her service was extremely unacceptable, especially to be in the food service industry. Never driven off from a place but she gave us just a real bad taste just taking our order

That old lady jewel that works at this location is very unprofessional and cusses at customers when they ask for more Arby’s sauce and you ask for her name too bad she’s too stupid to realize her names on the reciept 8 sandwhiches fry’s only 2 sauce packets and this ain’t the first incident with chick she had the absolute nastiest attitude

First time eating their fish sandwiches with cheese sauce. OMG amazing!! Glad I got the 2 for $6 deal. So much better than McDonalds. lol
OLDER lady who said her name was “Sue” but I highly doubt that. She worked on 01/22 at around 10pm. This is not my first encounter with her. I emailed and called corporate last time and never heard back but by the looks of these reviews, she is a regular problem. Arby’s, if you wanna keep customers you better get rid of this lady. She refused to give me a receipt or her name. She is VILE.
The night manager works hard and short hand a lot. But you can tell she not from here.Kid-friendliness: Kids and pet friendly the manager at night gave us a treat for are dog
Very rude older lady in drive thru every time I come. If you don’t like your job find a new one rather than making everyone’s experience awful here. The other employees even seemed miserable. The lady doesn’t belong in customer service period.Edit to add: seems I’m not the only reviewer complaining about the attitude of this lady.

I would like to deeply express my thoughts on the night shift manager, it was About 11:37 PM. And I had a DoorDash. As soon as I got up to the window Tell her I had a DoorDash, she rudely said “ I’m not Making that DoorDash Have a nice night” Me being a palled, I kindly asked why not? It’s 23 minutes before closing. She stated “ I’m not making it order stop at 11:30” Every time I come through the drive-through and or lobby, that lady is very rude. Someone needs to correct her behavior, and fire her. This is ridiculous. And no one should be treated that way.
